Research Of Knowledge Attitude And Practice About Indwelling Double J Tube Among Urinary Patients

Objective:Investigation of urinary indwelling double J tube in patients with KAP status,and to explore its influencing factors.Puts forward feasible suggestions to improve the ability of self management of indwelling double J tube compliance behavior.Objective to provide theoretical basis for health education and targeted intervention measures for patients with urinary indwelling double J tube in hospital and community.Methods:The questionnaire of urinary indwelling double J tube in patients KAP was designed on the basis of systemic literature review,and the formal questionnaire was been finished,pass through expert interview and face-to-face semi-structured interview,after preliminary investigation and expert review.In one hospital of Xinjiang Province,a total of 287 indwelling double J tube with Urinary stone disease patients were collected by convenience sampling,in order to survey the current status of indwelling double J tube with Urinary stone disease patients KAP and determine the factors.To provide reference for effective nursing measures.All data was two after the check,the use of Epidata3.1 database to establish a database package,Using SPSS17.0 for data sorting,description,and analysis.Univariate analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were conducted to analyze influencing factors.Select the test standard alpha =0.05,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Results:1.300 questionnaires were issued and 287 valid questionnaires were recovered.The effective rate of the questionnaire was 96%.2.Urinary stone disease in patients with indwelling double J tube knowledge score was(28.98�8.60),attitude score(30.52�9.50),behavior score(19.87�7.03),patient knowledge score rate is 56%,at the low level of knowledge,some 13 subjects,the highest score is "the importance of catheter removal on time"(93%)and " urinary tract infection "(86%),the lowest scores is "the purpose and significance of indwelling double J tube"(46%)and "complications and main symptoms of double J tube patients"(46%);attitude score was 60%,in the middle level,the highest score in the first two items are " very want to understand the relevant knowledge of double J tube "(67%)and " very interested to understand the relevant knowledge of double J tube "(68%);The behavior score was 56%,at the low level,the highest score in the first two items are "learn to observe the color of urine and bladder irritation symptoms"(57%)and "eat fruits and vegetables,crude fiber food to keep stool"(59%),patients health compliance is poor,need to be further improved.3.Among the knowledge attitude and behavior score of positive correlation(P < 0.05).4.Single factor analysis showed that gender,education,occupation,age,marriage,indwelling time,income,residence,number of hospitalized patients knowledge score rate was statistically significant(P <0.05);the difference between different gender,education,occupation,age,indwelling time,annual income,residence were positive attitude rate difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);different gender,education,occupation,marriage,age,indwelling time,annual income,place of residence,number of hospitalized patients with positive health behavior formation rate difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05);different gender,educational background,occupation,age,management time,annual income,place of residence and the number of hospital stay patients with indwelling double J tube KAP total score rate difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the regression equation of education,income,occupation,whether to enter the urinary tract in patients with indwelling double J tube knowledge score of four factors for the first time in the hospital;education,annual income,indwelling time,the regression equation of tube three factors into the urinary tract in patients with indwelling double J tube attitude score;regression equation,education,annual income,occupation,whether to enter the urinary tract in patients with indwelling double J tube behavior score of four factors for the first time in the hospital;education,occupation,annual income of three factors into the urinary tract in patients with indwelling double J tube regression equation KAP total score level.Concludes:1.Urinary stone disease in patients with indwelling double J tube of knowledge is not comprehensive,needs to be improved,but also the need to strengthen the double J tube knowledge training and learning;attitude is not positive,needs further attention;the compliance behavior of patients has some drawbacks.The patients need further strengthen their health behavior.2.The main factors influencing the indwelling double J tube in patients with knowledge of the education,income,occupation,whether the first hospitalization;effect of patients with indwelling double J tube attitude is the main factor is the degree,income,duration of catheter indwelling;the main factors influence patient behavior of double J tube in Education,income,occupation,whether the first hospitalization effect;patients with indwelling double J tube KAP total level of education,occupation,annual income is.Different demographic data of urinary stone disease in patients with indwelling double J tube,there are some differences between knowledge attitude and practice level,medical personnel need to vary the health education knowledge of the double J tube,and ultimately to improve the health behavior of patients,to prevent complications of double J tube.3.To strengthen urinary stone disease,indwelling double J tube patients about double J tube knowledge training,consolidate the indwelling double J tube patients care health belief,strengthen the indwelling double J tube patients self-care care behavior of health compliance.4.There was a significant correlation between knowledge and attitude,attitude and behavior,behavior and knowledge in double J tube patients.
