Applied Research On Indwelling Double-J Tube Before Flexible Ureteroscope Lithotripsy

Objective: To compare the efficacy and safety of the Double-J tube indwelling time before Flexible ureteroscope lithotripsy.Methods: A total of 120 patients with less than or equal to 2 cm renal stone were enrolled in this study treated in North si chuan medical college affiliated hospital urology Form May 2014 to November 2015,96 cases of them complete this study. group A(preoperative not indwelling double J group, n = 26), B1 group(preoperative indwelling ureter double J tube 3 days group, n = 32), B2 group(preoperative indwelling double J tube 7 days group, n = 38), respectively phase I or phase Ⅱtreated with flexible ureteroscopy, routine use of 12/14 Fr Ureteral Access Sheath. We compare the the success rate of insertion of a Ureteral Access Sheath,the stone-free rates in postoperative 3 days and one month、operative time、the incidence of postoperative ureteral injuries、the incidence of postoperative complications.Results: In group A, B1 and B2 the success rate of insertion of a Ureteral Access Sheath were 92.31%、93.75% and 94.74% respectively, the stone-free rates in postoperative three days were 57.69%、65.63% and 65.79% respectively, and stone-free rates in postoperative one month were 84.62%、90.63% and 92.11% respectively, operation time were 94.38±31.05 min, 90.38±31.89 min and 97.5±29.59 min,the postoperative complication rates(Classification of Clvien,The appendix attachment 1)Grade Ⅰwere 11.54% 、 6.25% and 2.63%, Grade Ⅱwere 3.85% 、 3.13% and 2.63% respectively, they all had a insignificant difference(P > 0.05). In group A, B1 and B2 the incidence of ureteral wall injury were 62.5%, 50% and 16.67% respectively, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), the incidence of high grade ureteral injury were 33.33%、26.67% and 5.56% respectively, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Indwelling Double-J tube 7 days before Flexible ureteroscope lithotripsy, can obviously reduce the ureteral wall injury, reduce ureteral damage degree,surgery is safe and effective.
