Objective: To analyze the pathogenic distribution, drug resistance and susceptibility factors of patients with indwelling double J tube in our hospital. Methods: A total of 150 patients with double J tube in the affiliated hospital of Guilin Medical College from 2018-01 to 2019-08 were enrolled. The patients were collected from the double J tube and the middle urine. After the experimental treatment, the bacteria culture was carried out, followed by the drug sensitivity test. And easy to understand factors. Results: Among the bacterial species,Gram-negative bacteria were mainly Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae. The main sensitive drugs were ertapenem, meropenem, tigecycline and piperacillin/tazo Batan;Gram-positive bacteria are mainly Enterococcus faecalis, the main sensitive drugs are tigecycline, vancomycin, meropenem, teicoplanin.Among the fungi,Candida parapsilosis is the main sensitive drug: voriconazole and fluconazole.Among the total number of 150 people, the positive result was 34,including 13 males and 21 females.20 patients with chronic renal insufficiency,15 patients with diabetes,34 patients with positive bacterial culture,10 patients with chronic renal insufficiency,8 patients with diabetes, statistical analysis, female patients, patients with chronic renal insufficiency and diabetic patients with double J tube implantation can be infected(P<0.05).Conclusion: There are many fungal culture strains in this research and female patients are slightly more than male patients. It may be related to oral administration of third-generation cephalosporins and female physiological conditions in other places in China. In addition, this study shows that female patients, who with chronic renal insufficiency, and diabetic patients are more likely to cause bacterial infection after implantation of double J tubes.
