The Value Of The Initial CA125 And CA199 Tests In The Pregnancy Outcomes Of Late Threatened Abortion

Objective:To investigate the association between CA199 and the pregnancy outcome of late threatened abortion and to analyze the value of CA125 and CA199,and the combined detection in pregnancy outcome of late threatened abortion.Methods: According to inclusion and exclusion criteria,this study collected 81 patients with late threatened abortion treated in the family planning department of the Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University from May 2017 to February 2018.According to the different pregnancy outcomes,the subjects were divided into Non-aborted Group(41 cases)and Aborted Group(40 cases).Detailed medical history were collected on admission,and serum and venous blood level of CA125 and CA199 of the mothers were detected on admission and after treatment according to different pregnancy outcomes,respectively.Contrast the levels and changes of CA125 and CA199 in two groups,and analyze the effects of CA125 and CA199 levels on pregnancy outcomes.Results:1.Compared with the continuous pregnancy group,the abortion group had significantly higher levels of CA125 and CA199 at admission(P<0.05).2.Using CA125 and CA199 as testing indicators,and using final result that is abortion or not as a state variable,the area under the ROC curve corresponding to CA125 and CA199 was 0.933 and 0.786,respectively.3.According to the ROC curve,the cut-point values of CA125 and CA199 were59.45 U/m L and 10.13 U/m L,respectively.The sensitivity of CA125 and CA199 were0.800 and 0.575,and the specificity of CA125 and CA199 were 0.927 and 0.902,respectively.The sensitivity and specificity of CA125 and CA199 parallel experiments were 0.950 and 0.854.The sensitivity and specificity of CA125 and CA199 tandem assays were 0.475 and 0.976,respectively.4.There was no significant difference in serums CA125 and CA199 levels between pregnant women in abortion groups before and after treatment(P > 0.05).The level of serums CA125 and CA199 in pregnant women in continued pregnancy group was significantly lower than that before treatment(P < 0.05).Conclusion:CA125 and CA199 show different levels in pregnant women with late threatened abortion,and their levels have certain value in predicting the final pregnancy outcome,The CA125 and CA199 parallel experiments have a certain advantage.
