Objective: The paper studies the treatment of the status quo and related clinical cases of the late threatened abortion with subehorionie hematoma?SCH?,to explore the effect of treating this disease with the method of Chinese medicine and DydrogesteroneTablets?MgSO₄.In order to play traditional Chinese medicine treatment of threatened abortion with SCH advantages and characteristics,provide new ideas for future clinical spuc.Methods:60 patients with 12 to 20 weeks of gestation of The late threatened abortion with SCH were divided into two groups.Patients of experimental group were treated by Zinibuyiantai decoction with DydrogesteroneTablets?MgSO₄;the control group only treated by DydrogesteroneTablets and MgSO₄.Every 7 days is a course of treatment.Treatment after two courses of two groups with clinical symptoms was observed,and the B ultra subehorionie hematoma and comprehensive analysis of the results of the effects of two groups of clinical curative effect.Results : The experimental group a total of 30 patients.In the two weeks treatment,there are nine people recovered,12 people improved markedly,seven people effectively,two people have no effect.The total effective rate of the Experimental group is 93.33%.No curative effect of two people spuc failed.The control group a total of 30 patients,in 2 weeks after treatment,there are three people recovered,nine people improved markedly,12 people effectively,6 people have no effect.The total effective rate of the Control group is 80%.No curative effect of 6 people spuc failed.Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment has obvious change compared with western medicine,And traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment will help recovery SCH.Conclusion:Using combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment of The late threatened abortion with SCH is better than western medicine,specific performance in improving clinical symptoms during pregnancy,the reduction of hematoma area,and the evaluation of the clinical curative effect.so combining Chinese and western medicine treatment of The late threatened abortion with SCH has clear curative effect,and this method can be widely used.
