Construction And Empirical Study Of Value Evaluation Model For Community Health Service

Objective:Community health service institutions are responsible for urban basic medical services and public health services,and are the "gatekeepers" of urban residents' health.At present,China has invested a lot of money and material resources in community health services,but the actual medical treatment is not satisfactory,and the residents' overall satisfaction with community health service is relatively low.In order to form the rational medical treatment pattern of "major disease into hospital and small disease into the community" as early as possible,the community health service organization needs to continuously improve the service mode and enhance the service value.Therefore,the main purpose of this study is to construct the evaluation model of community health service value from the perspective of residents according to the industry characteristics of community health service and the theoretical basis of service value.It provides some theoretical basis for evaluating the value of community health service and puts forward some relevant suggestions for improving the value of community health service.Methods:1.Literature research.The previous research results are the theoretical basis of this paper.Using the databases such as China knowledge Network,Wanfang Database,etc.,it searches around the key words such as community health service,service value,evaluation model,factor analysis and so on.It widely collected the related documents,system and classified,and the required data for building the appraisal model of community health service value.2.Expert interview.The experts invited in this study mainly come from relevant government departments,community health service organizations and related research fields in colleges and universities.Listen carefully to the opinions of experts,and screen and revise the initial evaluation indicators.3.Questionnaire survey.Based on the domestic and foreign literature research and experts' opinions,a questionnaire is designed,which can be used for formal investigation,combining with the recovery data,modifying the questionnaire.4.Statistical analysis method.The reliability and validity of the questionnaire were analyzed by SPSS 22.0 software,descriptive statistical analysis and exploratory factor analysis were used to construct the evaluation model of community health service value.The AMOS 17.0 software was used to analyze the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.The fitting degree of the model is tested.Results:Based on Kristina Heinonen service value model,this paper constructs a community health service value evaluation model from five dimensions: environmental value,technical value,economic value,functional value and information value.On the basis of literature research and expert interview,25 evaluation indexes were preliminarily selected.Through empirical research on 6 community health service institutions in Taiyuan,three evaluation indexes were deleted and 22 evaluation indexes were established.Conclusion:1.The community health service value evaluation model constructed in this study has good applicability and can provide some theoretical guidance for community health service value evaluation.2.The five dimensions of community health service value evaluation model have important influence on the service value evaluation,among which the function value has the greatest influence on it.The importance of environmental value,economic value,technical value,information value to the evaluation of community health service value decreased in turn.
