Exploration Of Pharmacy Service Model Of Community Health Service Center Under The Background Of New Medical Reform

Objective: The new medical reform has put forward higher requirements for pharmaceutical service,and the pharmaceutical service mode of pharmacists is changing from "taking drug supply as the center" to "taking patients as the center and taking rational use of drugs as the core".Through the investigation of the current situation of pharmaceutical service in community health service center,this paper explores the pharmacist pharmaceutical service mode of community health service center under the new medical reform.It can provide reference for the development of pharmaceutical service in the community health service center of our country,and to provide the basis for the department in charge of health industry to formulate relevant policies,and to make pharmaceutical service play a better role in the primary medical and health system.Methods:(1)Literature research: through literature review to obtain relevant information,The current situation of pharmaceutical services at home and abroad was compared and relevant materials and data were obtained.(2)questionnaire survey and field interview: A field investigation was carried out on community health service center.Through self-designed questionnaire,the situation of pharmacists,the level of pharmaceutical service and the demand of medical staff for pharmaceutical service were understood.There were significant differences in the knowledge and demand of pharmacological care among residents in the district by using SPSS24.0 and mathematical analysis(P< 0.05),and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P< 0.01).Results: A questionnaire survey was completed among the pharmacy personnel,medical staff and residents,and the unqualified questionnaires were eliminated.the valid questionnaires were 72 pharmacists,552 medical staff,1,140 residents.The ratio of sex,age,educational background of pharmaceutical workers and medical staff.The proportion of professional titles is quite different,the proportion of women is large,the pharmaceutical personnel accounted for 87.5%,the medical personnel accounted for 82.6%.The age below 45 years old accounted for relatively high,pharmacists accounted for 91.7%,medical staff accounted for 88.6%.Academic qualifications were mainly college education,pharmaceutical personnel and medical staff accounted for 70.8% and 51.6%,and the titles were mainly primary.Pharmaceutical personnel and medical staff accounted for 72.9% and 73.9%of the total respectively.In the survey of the knowledge of the word "pharmaceutical service",79.2% of the pharmaceutical personnel who had a certain understanding,68.0% of the medical staff and 43.0% of the residents.Under the investigation of the necessity and importance of pharmaceutical services carried out by community health service centers,the necessity accounted for 100% of the total,91.3% and 76.3% respectively,and the importance accounted for 100%,94.0% and 79.4% respectively.Under the premise of the pharmacists offering pharmaceutical services on their own initiative,The trust of medical staff and residents in pharmacists was 62.0% and 32.4%,respectively.Conclusion: At present,the pharmaceutical services of community health service centers are still in the stage of exploration and practice.The public is not fully aware of pharmaceutical services,and pharmacists do not have a deep understanding of pharmaceutical services.The degree of public trust in pharmacists and pharmaceutical services is not high.The pharmaceutical service of community health service centers continued constantly to improve its pharmacy services,promoted pharmaceutical intervention services for community residents and guided safe and rational use of drugs.The pharmacists should give full play to their own professional advantages,strengthen the study of relevant knowledge,master new skills,and enhance their own value.To promote the effective pharmaceutical service model in the community health service center,to ensure the safe,effective,economical and reasonable use of drugs,which is of great significance to improve the clinical treatment effect of drugs.
