Purpose The purpose of this study is to through to our country 67 Bethune medal winner age,education,place of birth,business units and the collection of basic information,with qualitative methods inductive refining its sociological characteristics;At the same time,the quantitative research on the quantitative analysis of its scientific paper output and cooperation is carried out.Through the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods,analyzes the Bethune medal winner(cooperation)characteristics of science and technology and humanities causes intrinsic relations,put forward the winner of the humanities characteristics,to provide important reference basis for training outstanding medical talents in China.Objeccts of study The basic information of the 67 Bethune seen that the winners are older when they are awarded,and the age span between the groups is also large;Spatial characteristics: the province,the three major zones and the seven natural-cultural areas are the criteria for the award-winning areas to be awarded.24 of the Bethune medals are distributed in Beijing,Shanghai,and Guangdong provinces,accounting for 35.82%.In the three coastal areas,the 33 east coast areas accounted for49.25%.Among the seven natural and cultural regions,there were the largest number of people in the Bohai rim region,accounting for 15,accounting for 22.39%.It can be seen that the Bethune medal winners are mostly distributed in the economically developed and densely populated areas in the East and around Bohai.Academic degree characteristics : 17 doctor of Bethune medal winners,6 masters of master's degree,23 bachelor's degree,68.66% of bachelor's degree and above,10 of junior college and below degree,higher overall educational level and significant difference in individual degree.Institution characteristics : 48 of the Bethune medal winners came from the third grade hospitals,accounting for 71.64%,and 11 of the grass-roots level,accounting for16.42%.It can be seen that the recipients are mainly tertiary hospitals,and at the same time there are many grass-roots posts.Professional and technical positions characteristics : the 47 chief doctors in the Bethune medal winners,accounting for 70.15%,and 7 attending doctors,accounting for 10.45%.The overall professional technical position of the winner is higher.2.Winners' paper output and cooperation1 61 papers were retrieved from 67 winners and 8895 papers were obtained.Of these,7,849 articles were co-authored,and the coauthoring rate was 87.26%.Some of the recipients,including Ge Junbo,Zhong Nanshan,Gu Yudong,and Tang Hao,have a large number of research papers and are cooperating intensively.The analysis of network-central indicators found that Prof.Ge Junbo and Prof.Tang Yu of Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University,Prof.Gu Yudong of Huashan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University,and Professor Zhong Nanshan of the Guangzhou Institute of Respiratory Disease are both high in terms of the number of issued articles and the three central indicators.The core position of the cooperation network.Analytical institutions' cooperation network can find that several institutions represented by Fudan University and its affiliated Zhongshan Hospital and Huashan Hospital,the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University,the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences,and the University of Southeast University Affiliated Zhongda Hospital have relatively high centrality and cooperation.Active and at the core of the network,it is a high-yield organization.However,the overall network did not form a coherent cooperation.The analysis of the regional cooperation network shows that there are obvious regional(provincial)distribution disparities in both the output and the degree of close cooperation of the research subjects.In terms of the number of articles issued,they are mainly concentrated in a few provinces such as Shanghai,Guangdong,Beijing and Jiangsu.As far as cooperation is concerned,these provinces are still closely cooperating with each other in terms of output.Regional cooperation constitutes a cooperative cluster led by four geographic relationships in Beijing,Guangdong,Shanghai and Jiangsu.Key words cooperative analysis results show that the research areas of the research subjects are mainly concentrated on liver diseases such as “treatment”,“diagnosis”and “primary liver cancer”.And all kinds of papers with the keyword of liver disease are the most closely cooperated.3.Reasons for the humanistic quality of Bethune medal winners Analysis of the family environment: 67 families were mostly urban and intellectual.Good family economic condition and knowledge culture atmosphere have laid a foundation for the cultivation of the winner's humanistic quality.Education environment analysis: more than 67 winner graduated from colleges and universities in Beijing,guangdong,Shanghai and other economically developed,the transportation is convenient,in Shanghai medical college and Beijing union medical college and the university of guangdong zhongshan winner in the majority.The school has played an important role in the development of the recipients' humanistic quality,no matter its rigorous academic standards and profound historical and cultural heritage.Work environment analysis: there are 48 winners from grade a hospitals,accounting for 71.64% of the total.Among them,most of the winners are from grade a hospitals in Beijing,Shanghai and guangdong.These 3 armour hospital as the winner,provides a good platform for the growth,the growth of the winner in the open environment and under the strong influence of hospital culture,gradually improve the humanistic spirit as the core of professional
