With the deepening of the health care reform, the hospital competition is becoming increasingly fierce. Hospitals in order to obtain a sustainable competitive, not only need support of medical team knowledge and technical level, but also need a technology and management personnel with high-quality and personal development goals consistent with the hospital’s. Therefore, the importance of non-professional technical training is becoming increasingly obvious.Objectives:The aim of this research is to establish initial non-professional technical training framework for nurses through their training situations and needs analysis, to improve this framework after evaluating their training methods and contents. And finally, provide a reference for the science building of the hospital non-professional technical training system, combined with the development of the hospital and personal career development trend.Methods and Materials:In this research, we analyze the questionnaire concerning the non-professional technical training needs for nurses before this training and make a feedback questionnaire survey to the nurses who work in the department of internal medicine, surgery and emergency after their training. In order to understand the training system completely, we also interview some hospital managers, experts and trainees before and after this non-professional technical training.Results:Preliminary training demand analysis found that nursing staff with good study habits, regular professional training and self learning mechanism has been basically established, but fewer people accept non-professional technical training. The psychological and emotional management training program is the most favorite program for nurses in this non-professional technical training. Training feedback questionnaire survey found, nurses have higher degree of necessity recognition in non-professional technical training. Satisfactions of the various training programs and projects have reached more than85%.84.8%of respondents said that the training harvest. In the four modules of the training, social humanities and emotional management have a greater harvestConclusions:(1) Training content and method selection is critical to the success of the decision training;(2) The establishment of training support system is imminent;(3) To build a suitable non-professional technical training system based on staff career planning. Suggestions:(1) It is necessary to build a training program with plentiful training consent and effective training method;(2) To improve the support system of non-professional technical training for nurses in hospital step by step.
