Observation On The Curative Effect Of Encircling Lesion With Xianfanghuomingyin On Postoperative Dressing Of Perianal Abscess

Objective:to observe the effect of encircling lesion with xianfanghuomingyin on the wound surface after perianal abscess.Methods:40 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups.Experimental group on the basis of routine treatment,combined with encircling lesion with xianfanghuomingyin,respectively in postoperative 1,5,7,15,20days to record the change of the wound area,pain,with comprehensive curative effect observation test group.Results:there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of original surface area,gender and age(P>0.05).The experimental group was superior to the control group in the reduction rate of wound area and the degree of pain relief,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:it can promote wound healing,improve the pain and improve the quality of life after surgery.
