Observation On The Curative Effect Of Encircling Lesion With Zhitong Rushen Decoctionon Postoperative Dressing Of Anal Fistula

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of encircling lesion with Zhitong Rushen Decoction on the wound surface after anal fistula operation.Methods: 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into experiment group(30)and control group(30)by the random number table method.The control group was treated with Furacilin Gauze for dressing change.Experimental group on the basis of routine treatment,combined with encircling lesion with Zhitong Rushen Decoction,and the two groups were treated for 2weeks.The area of wound healing,the degree pain and the time of wound healing were compared between the two groups on the 3th,7th and 14 th day after operation.Results:there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in basic data(P>0.05),such as sex,age and original surface area.The experimental group was superior to the control group in the reduction rate of wound area,the degree of pain relief and the wound healing time,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The treatment of anal fistula with Zhitong Rushen Decoction can shorten the wound healing time,promote wound healing,reduce the pain and relieve the clinical symptoms.
