The Clinical Observation Of Scalp-acupuncture Combined With DMS Treating Upper Extremity Muscle Tension After Stroke

Objective:To analyze the recovery and effect of scalp acupuncture combined with DMS on muscle tension in patients after stroke.The results will provide objective basis for the clinicalstandardizedapplicationofscalpacupuncturecombinedwith DMS.Methods:According to the subject inclusion criteria,this study selected 75 patients with increased muscle tension after stroke from January 2017 to December 2017 in the Department of Rehabilitation of the Chinese Medicine Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region as the study object.There were a total of 5 patients with this test.One patient in group A was shed,two patients in control group B were detached,one patient in control group C was shed,and one patient in control group D was shed.All included patients were randomly divided into four groups,group A?scalp+DMS+general rehabilitation training?,group B?DMS+general rehabilitation training?,group C?head+regular rehabilitation training?,group D?conventional rehabilitation training?Intervene for 4 weeks separately.After the collected case data were collected,SPSS 22.0 statistical software package was used to process the data.The scores of modified Ashworth scale,electromyography,Fugl-meyer?FMA?scores,and Barthel scores of activities of daily living were compared.Results:1 In the improved Ashworth scale assessment,the four groups were not statistically significant before treatment?p>0.05?and comparable;the Ashworth scores of the four groups after treatment were statistically analyzed and the difference was statistically significant?p<0.05?,suggesting that the test group is better than the control group in improving muscle tone;2 in the ADL:DMS main effect has a significant difference(P_DMS<0.01),the main effect of scalp acupuncture has a significant difference?P<0.01?,and there is interaction between the two,indicating that the combination of the two to improve the quality of daily life has better treatmentIn terms of sEMG,the main effect of DMS was significantly different?P<0.01?,and the main effect of scalp acupuncture was statistically significant?P<0.05?.Therewasnointeraction between the two effects.Conclusion:Scalp acupuncture and DMS have significant differencesin lowering muscle tension of the upper extremities,improving upper extremity motor function and daily living ability,and have significant statistical significance in reducing surface electromyographic score.The scalp acupuncture and DMS have interactions in improving upper extremity motor function and daily living ability.The research results provide objective basis for clinical standardized application of scalp acupuncture combined with DMS.
