The Clinical Curative Effect Observation Of Massage With Ointment In Treating Knee Osteoarthritis(Type Of Cold Coagulation And Blood Stasis)

Objective: To tutor " ointment massage action mechanism and clinical application of"-oriented, self-made Cangwu Taoist Chen Yuangao, observation of cream and massagewith the effect of treatment of knee osteoarthritis (type of cold coagulation and bloodstasis) the clinical curative effect, and compared with conventional massage, thesuperiority of the exploration of the method, provides a a fast, simple, and efficient methodfor the treatment of clinical remission in patients with knee osteoarthritis pain.Methods:the47patients with knee osteoarthritis (13cases of double knee lesions,single knee lesions in34cases) were randomly divided into treatment group and controlgroup, treatment group25cases (double knee lesions in5cases, single knee lesions in20patients) and control group22cases (double knee lesions in8cases, single knee lesions in14cases).The treatment group adopts paste with the treatment method of massage.Thepaste is selected from homemade Cangwu Taoist Chen Yuangao.Massage techniqueincluding law, rubbing, rubbing method, pressing method and a knee joint passiveactivities. In control group with conventional massage, including Shujin Tongluo,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and lysis of adhesions, lubricatingjoints and other commonly used methods. The two groups were observed before and aftertreatment with rest pain score, morning joint stiffness, joint tenderness grade classification,walking pain score, TCM syndrome score and the score of the total clinical efficacychanges.Results: Compared with before treatment, the observed indexes, and the P valueswere greater than0.05, indicated that the two groups were comparable. Through the dateacquired from the treatment of the observation indicators,we can draw the conclusion thatcream with massage and conventional massage in treating knee osteoarthritis was roughly equal in patients with knee osteoarthritis symptoms, signs TCM symptom score and thescore roughly efficacy point of view.They are both able to reduce the joints of patients withrest pain, walking pain level, improve patient morning joint stiffness, joint tenderness, butin the total curative effect, the clinical control rate, markedly effective rate and totaleffective rate of treatment group were higher than the control group. So the cream withmassage group has the trend of better treatment compared with the control group.Conclusion: Cream with massage and traditional massage on knee osteoarthritispatients have good therapeutic effect. But in contrast, cream with massage effect is betterthan conventional massage.
