Nordic musculoskeletal questionnaire survey, and 1446 oil workers were selected for the occupational physical examination. Results: 1)in this survey,4,800 questionnaires were issued and 4,437 valid questionnaires were recovered, with a recovery rate of 92.44%.2)different age oil workers to work in the external cost and return scores was statistically difference(P<0.05),suggesting 30 ~ 45 workers on the external pay highest score,30 years old or less oil workers scored the highest on the work reward; There were statistically significant differences in the return score of oil workers of different working ages(P<0.05),and the score was highest in less than 15 years. There was a statistical difference between the external and internal input of the oil workers of different types of workers(P < 0.05),and the external input and internal input of the logging workers were higher than those of other workers. There was a statistical difference in the external pay of different shifts(P<0.05),and the shift was higher than that of the fixed white class. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05),with different genders, types of work, working age, shift status, title, age, marriage, education, and monthly income in ERI<1 and ERI<1.3)the total score of mental health field in xinjiang oil field workers for(137.33 +/-45.78),score on each factor has the difference(P<0.05),including somatization, depression, anxiety, terror, paranoia and psychotic this several factors points higher than the norm in China. The incidence of mental disorders among workers aged 30 to 45 was the highest,27.31%.The incidence of mental disorders was 27.25%,higher than that of underground work, oil, logging and refining. The incidence of shift mental disorder(23.85%)was higher than that of fixed white class.Senior and senior ranks(24.59%)are higher than intermediate and below.4)different type of work in the small of the back and neck shoulder injury rate was statistically difference, physiological and biochemical indexes of BMI,triglyceride, total cholesterol, fasting blood sugar on men than women, underground workers in triglycerides, fasting blood sugar is higher than other type of work, the oil workers hearing the incidence of abnormal on age and type of work have statistical difference(P<0.05);There were statistically significant differences in the incidence of chest positive films(P < 0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the incidence of abdominal B-scan ultrasonography(P<0.05)in gender, work type, age and educational background(P<0.05).The abnormal incidence of ecg was statistically significant in the shift and age(P<0.05).The incidence of abnormal lung function was statistically significant(P<0.05)at different ages(P<0.05),and the incidence of abnormal blood pressure was statistically significant(P<0.05)in gender, ethnicity and shift. The incidence of female sleep disorder(33.73%)was higher than that of men(29.97%),and the incidence of alchemy was36.84%.There were statistically significant differences between the total scores and the factors of PSQI in different payback groups(P<0.05),and each score was higher than that of ERI < 1 group. The score of PSQI was higher than that of the mental disorder group.5)gender,type of work, internal investment, neck symptoms, sleep time, sleep disorder and hypnotic drugs, fasting glucose, straw cereal third ratio, pure tone hearing threshold determine the risk factors for psychological disorders.6)give rewards have direct effect on psychological disorders and sleep quality, psychological barriers of sleep quality directly effect significantly, pay a return and sleep quality has indirect effect, psychological barriers to pay a return and sleep quality of intermediary variables. Conclusion: Oil workers pay more than they earn and have higher levels of occupational stress;Different gender, type of work, working age, shift situation, job title, age, marriage, education, monthly income, and statistical difference between different tension groups.Oil workers SCL-90 total score higher than domestic norm;Somatization, depression, anxiety, terror, bigotry and psychopathology score higher than Chinese norm; The incidence of mental disorders is different among nationalities, types of work, shifts, titles, ages, degrees of education.Gender, type of work, internal input, neck symptoms, sleep duration, sleep disorders, hypnotic drugs, fasting blood glucose, cereal and triglyceride and hearing abnormality have an effect on the mental health of workers. The total score of PSQI was higher, and the incidence of sleep disorder was 31.46%.The incidence of sleep disorders is different between sex and work. The neck and shoulder injuries of oil recovery workers were higher than those of other workers. In biochemical indicators, men were higher in BMI,triglycerides, total cholesterol and fasting blood glucose than women. The incidence of hearing abnormality of oil workers was statistically different in age and work type. There were statistically significant differences in the incidence of chest positive films at different age and age. There were statistically significant differences in the incidence of abdominal B-scan ultrasonography in gender, work type, age and educational background. The incidence of ecg was statistically different in age and in different shifts. The incidence of pulmonary dysfunction was statistically significant at different ages. The incidence of abnormal blood pressure was statistically different in different sexes, nationalities and shifts.Work, internal input, neck symptoms, sleep time and other psychological disorders have an impact.Pay a return have direct effect on psychological disorders and sleep quality, psychological barriers of sleep quality directly effect significantly, pay a return and sleep quality has indirect effect, psychological barriers to pay a return and sleep quality of intermediary variables.
