Objective To investigate the anxiety and depression status of patients with in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET),and the relationship between anxiety, depression and treatment outcome. To explore whether there is a need for psychological intervention in the treatment of patients in the future. Methods Collected to IVF-ET in patients with female cases, including for the first time and many times for IVF-ET patients, fresh embryos and frozen thawed embryo transfer of 2 patients with low intelligence of patients with mental disorders excluded, severe visual and hearing impairment patients, finally collected 558 cases in patients fully informed consent,to enter the cycle with the scene of general information, self rating anxiety scale(SAS),self rating depression scale(SDS)questionnaire,Pregnancy outcome in patients with follow up,patients with consolidation questionnaire and the pregnancy outcome data into Excel form, analyze the differences between data statistics, statistical analysis of data using SPSS19.0 software, the application of 2 test, independent sample mean T test and multivariate analysis using Logistic regression analysis.P < 0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results 1.There was no significant difference between the pregnant group and the non pregnant group.2.The detection rate of anxiety symptoms(23.8% vs 13.2%)and the detection rate of depressive symptoms(44.8% vs 27.2%),the non pregnant group were significantly higher than those in the pregnant group, respectively(P = 0.001,P < 0.001).3.The detection rate of anxiety and depressive symptoms in pregnancy group and non pregnancy group, anxiety had no significant effect on pregnancy(OR=0.665,P=0.097),the effect of depression on pregnancy was negative(OR=0.523,P=0.001).4.No pregnancy symptoms of depression group multivariate logistic regression analysis, longer duration of infertility(OR=2.050,P=0.010),long treatment cycle(OR=2.036,P=0.004)were the risk factors of depression, and higher family income(OR=0.373,P= 0.006)was depressed protective factors. Conclusions 1.In IVF-ET treatment, anxiety symptoms have no effect on pregnancy outcome, depressive symptoms are negatively related to pregnancy, and have a greater impact on the outcome of treatment.2.The longer the number of years of infertility in the IVF-ET treated nonpregnant group, the higher the risk of depression.3.In the IVF-ET treated nonpregnant group, multiple IVF-ET patients were more likely to develop depression than those with primary IVF-ET.4.In the IVF-ET treated nonpregnant group, family income was negatively associated with depression, and women with higher levels of infertility were at lower risk of depression. Objective Through the discussion of the influence on the implementation of the IVF-ET patients were before and after psychological intervention mental status changes and psychological intervention on the pregnancy rate of patients, explore the optimal methods of psychological intervention, the IVF-ET pregnancy rate has been further improved. Methods From March 2015 to September 2015,176 patients with IVF-ET were studied,90 cases in control group and 86 cases in intervention group.Self rating Anxiety Scale and self rating Depression Scale were used to assess the psychological status of the two groups before and after transplantation. The control group only use IVF-ET professional knowledge education, the intervention group first IVF-ET professional knowledge education and then carry out psychological intervention.Survey of two groups of patients with clinical pregnancy outcome, statistical analysis of differences.Analysis of statistical data using SPSS19.0 software. Results 1.Control group and intervention group general situation of marriage age, place of residence, culture degree, occupation, duration of infertility, cause of infertility,P > 0.05),the difference was not statistically significant.2.Comparison of the control group before and after the intervention of anxiety score, the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).Compared with intervention group before intervention, the anxiety score of intervention group was significantly lower than that before intervention, and there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.001).3.Control group and intervention group before the intervention of anxiety scores were compared, there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).Control group and intervention group were compared, the intervention group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.Compared the control group before and after the intervention, but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).Compared with intervention group before intervention, the score of depression in intervention group was significantly lower than that before intervention, and there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.001).5.Compared the control group and the intervention group before the intervention of the depression score, the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).Control group and intervention group were compared, the intervention group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).6.In the control group and the intervention group, the number of days and total dosage of Gn,the number of oocytes retrieved,no significant difference(P > 0.05).7.Compared with the control group, the clinical pregnancy rate of the intervention group were compared, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the clinical pregnancy rate in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Conclusions 1.Psychological intervention can effectively relieve the anxiety and depression of IVF-ET patients.2.psychological intervention can significantly improve the clinical pregnancy rate of patients with IVF-ET.
