Objective: This studywas to evaluate the comorbid association between Comorbid association of Autoantibodies against Beta-Adrenoceptors(?-AR Autoantibodies)?autoantibodies against M2-muscarinic(M2R Autoantibodies)and “Idiopathic” arrhythmia compared to healthy controls. Methods: Studies were searched through PubMed,ISI Web of Science and China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang database without restricting the languages and year(up to November 2017)and were selected based on the inclusion criteria. Two authors independently extracted data from the included studies.Quality assessment was carried out by using Newcastle-Ottawa Scale(NOS).make a metaanalysis with Stata.12.Continuity index were conducted by using standardized mean difference and 95% confidence interval(95%CI).Indicators of classified data were conducted by using Odds ratio(OR)and 95% confidence interval(95%CI).Z test for statistical inference of the amount of combined effect,P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant. The heterogeneity of statistical inference by Q test and I2,when the research results have statistical homogeneity(P>0.1,I2 = 50%),using fixed effect model analysis; The random effect model was used to analyze the statistical heterogeneity(P<0.1,I2>50%)among the research results.Publication biaswas evaluated via visualization of funnel plots. Results: A total of 12 studies were included, with 608 migraineurs and 534 healthy controls.Meta analysis showed that Compared with the healthy control group, the patients with “idiopathic” arrhythmia were higher in the level ofthe ?-AR Autoantibodies?M2R Autoantibodies. The quality of the 10 articles were ? 5,which were higher quality documents.6 studies reported positive rates of ?-AR autoantibodies,The combination showed that heterogeneity test was I2=56.4%,P=0.043,P < 0.05,with mild heterogeneity,With the random effect model, the combined OR has statistical significance(OR=8.24,95%CI : 3.83-17.72,z=5.4,P=0.00).The standard deviation of the level of the autoantibody of ?-AR can be obtained by calculation in the 2literature.The results showed that the combined SMD was statistically significant(SMD=0.82,95%CI:0.36~1.29,z=3.48,P=0.001).The standard deviation of the level of M2 muscarinic receptor autoantibody can be obtained by calculation in 3 articles, the combination showed that heterogeneity test,I2=63.6%,P=0.064,did not exist heterogeneity,With the random effect model, the combined SMD has statistical significance(SMD=0.95,95%CI:0.57~1.33,z=4.89,P=0.000).Conclusion: The presence of ?-AR Autoantibodies ? M2 R Autoantibodies was significant in “Idiopathic”arrhythmiapatients compared to healthy controls.
