Research On The Mode Of "Medical And Nursing Combination" Of The Elderly In Shihezi Xinjiang Reclamation Area

Object: By investing and analysing the development of the elderly in the Shihezi reclamation area in Xinjiang and the overall development status of the pension institution in the reclamation area to discover whether it can cope with the severe aging situation and meet the growing needs of the elderly in the reclamation area.To understand the service demand and satisfaction evaluation of "Combination of medical and health care " old-age institutions in Shihezi reclamation area,and analyze its influencing factors,to discover the problem of service supply of agency,and put forward some reasonable suggestions on the existing problems of the retirement pattern.Method: By interviewing 28 service managers in Shihezi city and 14 agro-pastoral groups to understand the basic information of the organization.671 elderly people in the urban and reclamation areas were surveyed by questionnaires,525 elderly people meet the standard.Using SPSS19.0 to analyze quantitative data.Result:1.By the end of 2016,the number of elderly people in Shihezi reclamation area reached 142,689,an increase of 18.03 percent over the number of elderly people in 2012.2.There are 28 elderly people institutions in the reclamation area,4 of which are traditional Chinese medicine nursing institutions.The total number of beds is 4131,and the occupancy rate is 72.60%,the service facilities are all well equipped.3.There are 525 han dlderly people(100%)in retiremet organization that combination of medical and health care,281 are women(53.52%),concentrates on the group of 70~89 years old,dducational level is mainly primary school and below.4.In the ranking needs of the elderly people in retirement organization that combination of medical and health care in Shihezi reclamation area: medical care needs(67.08%),economic needs(66.67%),daily life needs(62.73%),mental and psychological needs(62.40%),environmental safety requirements(51.10%).5.The total demand factor is: Self-assessment of health status and personal monthly income.The influencing factors of daily life needs are age and education degree.The influencing factors of medical care demand are:the type of medication,the number of visits to children,etc.The factors affecting economic demand are: education degree,type of medication,number of visits of children,etc.The environmental safety factors were: education degree,self-assessment spirit,children's visitation times,etc.The influence factors of mental and psychological needs are: personal monthly income,children's visits,etc.6.The service satisfaction of the elderly in the nursing care system was 78.60%.The factors influencing factors in turn are service quality factor,material resource factor,medical cost factor,human resource factor and environmental factor.7.The supply of medical care and pension institutions is excellent,and relatively complete in living facilities and simple medical facilities,and basically meets the basic living and medical services of the elderly.Conclusion: The aging situation of Shihezi reclamation area is grim,at present,the pension institutions are in low occupancy,and the hardware and software facilities need to be improved.Retirement organization that combination of medical and health care is still in the primary stage of development.Basically satisfied the service demand of the elderly,but the overall service demand level is low.In terms of policies and regulations,infrastructure,management concepts,human resource allocation,and service content,we still need to improve.
