Objective:To study the Meta analysis of the cancerovarian function of those patients who are premenopausal ones with early cervical after ovarian transposition.Method:Formulate a document retrieval plan, utilize computer to search Wanfang Data,CNKI,CMCC,Cochrane Library,Medline and other databases and relevant references ranging from Jan,2000 to Mar,2018.Extract data from collected research and evaluate literature quality.Use RR as effect indicator, take advantage of RevMan5.2 to conduct comprehensive statistical Meta analysis, adopt I2 index to evaluate the article's heterogeneity, use fixed effect model or random effect model to caculate and merge RR and confidence area, conduct sensitive and funnel plot analysis towards documents and put evaluation into the article's publication bias.Set 3 pairs of research groups(Group A: ovarian transplantation VS ovary conservation.Group B:ovarian transplantation+postoperation radiotherapy VS ovarian transplantation+postoperation non-radiotherapy.Group C:ovarian transplantation+ postoperation radiotherapy VS ovary conservation+postoperation radiotherapy).Result:There are 20 literatures in total, involving 7 literatures in group A(139/177 persons),12 ones in group B(418/289 persons),and 5 ones in group C(148/149 persons),among which patients are premenopausal ones with early cervical cancer. The result of Meta analysis:(1)Group A: Difference of the climacteric syndrome incidence between ovarian transplantation and ovary conservation has no statistical significance [RR=0.83,95%CI(0.40,1.71),Z=0.49,P=0.63].Difference of blood FSH in 6 months after surgery has no statistical significance [MD=-0.26,95%CI(-0.85,0.34);P=0.4].Difference of blood E2 has no statistical significance [MD=-13.78,95%CI(-86.83,59.28);P=0.71].(2)Group B: Difference of the climacteric syndrome incidence among ovarian transplantation+postoperation radiotherapy and ovarian transplantation+ nonradiotherapy has statistical significance[RR=4.66,95%CI(3.20,6.77),Z=8.05,P=0.0001] that the incidence of transplantation+postoperation radiotherapy is higher.Ovarian transplantation+postoperative radiotherapy group has higher FSH in 6 months after operation than that of ovarian transposition+ non-radiotherapy group, which is statistically significant [MD=30.76,95%CI(14.54,46.98);P=0.0002].Ovarian transposition+ postoperative radiotherapy group has lower blood E2 in 6 months after operation than that of ovariectomy and postoperative radiotherapy group, which is statistically significant as well[MD=--126.03,95%CI(-196.17,-55.90);P=0.0004].(3)Group C: Difference of the climacteric syndrome incidence between ovarian transplantation+ postoperative radiotherapy and ovary conservation +postoperative radiotherapy has statistical significance[RR=3.82,95%CI(2.80,5.21),Z=8.48,P<0.00001] that the incidence of transplantation+ postoperation radiotherapy is lower.Ovarian transplantation+postoperative radiotherapy group has lower FSH in 6 months after operation than that of ovary conservation +postoperative radiotherapy group, which is statistically significant[MD=82.11,95%CI(53.36,110.86);P<0.00001].Ovarian transposition +postoperative radiotherapy group has higher blood E2 in 6 months after operation than that of ovary conservation +postoperative radiotherapy group, which is statistically significant as well[MD =-108.67,95%CI(-190.67,-26.67);P=0.009].Conclusion :Ovarian transposition can protect the ovarian function of patients with premenopausal cervical cancer. However,it cannot avoid the injury of post-operation radiotherapy. To improve patients' life quality, ovarian transposition deserves to be popularized.
