Objective:To analyze the differences in clinical pathological characteristics and expressions of some immunohistochemical indicators between triple-negative Breast Cancer and nontriple-negative Breast Cancer, and to investigate the relationship between clnicopathological features and immunohistochemical indicators. Methods:We obwsrved 612 randomized patients after strict control into exclusion standard diagnosed with breast cancer in the first hospital of Shanxi medical university from January 2010 to October 2015.Divided into two groups by immunohistochemistry expression, 85 cases in triple negative breast cancer group and 527 cases in none of triple negative breast cancer group. We analysed the difference in the onset age, histological subtype, tumor size, tumor differentiation, tumor stages, nipple involvement and operation method between triple negative breast cancer and none of triple negative breast cancer group then explored the difference between them in the expression of epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR),Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and Ki67.SPSS 18.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis. The measurement data was analyzed by t test analysis; The count data were statistically analyzed by Chi-square test, and 0.05 is the threshold for statistical significance. Results:In the 612 patients, there were 85 patients diagnosed with TNBC(13.6%).The proportion of infiltrating ductal carcinoma is higher in TNBC,and the lymph node metastasis?degree of differentiation have statistical significance(P<0.05). The age of onset was younger in triple negative breast cancer [(47.3±8.5)years vs.(52.6±10.6)years,P< 0.001];There was no statistical significance in menstrual status, family history, tumor size, clinical stage, nipple involvement and operation method between TNBC and non-TNBC(P>0.05)).Analyzing the immunohistochemiacal results, the positive expression rate of EGFR and VEGF were 65.9%,64.7% in TNBC group, which were 51.0%, 53.1% in NTNBC group, there were signichant difference between two groups. The expression of Ki-67 in two groups was no signichant difference. In the cases of TNBC,the expression of EGFR was associated with tumor size, clinical stage, family history, lymph node metastasis(P< 0.05),not associated with onset age and mentrual status, pathological type, nipple involvement,etc(P>0.05).The expression of VEGF was associated with clinical stages, lymph node metastasis(P< 0.05),not associated with onset age, tumor size, menstrual status, family history, pathological type, nipple involvement,etc(P>0.05).Conclusion:TNBC is more infiltrating ductal carcinoma than NTNBC, and is characterized by inferior histological grade, younger age of onset, higher metastasis and poor prognosis. With the higher expression of EGFR and VEGF in TNBC,and the significant relevance of the expression S to lymph node metastasis and clinical stage, We can arrive at the conclusion that EGFR and VEGF could be used as important index in anticipating the prognosis of those patients wim TNBC.
