objective: With the improvement of people's living standards, the incidence of stroke has also increased year by year.Stroke patients often suffer from physical dysfunction, such as walking dysfunction, decreased balance function, increased muscle tension in the paralyzed limbs, decreased daily living ability, and so on,causing a huge burden on patients, their families and society, and hindering the return of patients to the family.Return to society. However, the existing rehabilitation and treatment technologies have limited effects, and most patients have not achieved satisfactory results in the end.Inspired by kinesio taping(KT),which can relax muscles, relieve balance, increase balance of the body, and improve athletic performance in sports events, this trial used early postoperative intramuscular sticking of lower extremities in patients with stroke. To observe the effect of intramuscular patch combined with rehabilitation training on lower extremity function in patients with early stroke,to explore the mechanism of intramuscular effect-related effects, and to provide clinical evidence for the improvement of lower extremity function of early stroke patients by intramuscular effect patch therapy. Methods: We selected 72 eligible early stroke patients in our hospital as subjects and the onset time was within 1 month. In accordance with the random number table method, were randomly divided into two groups, each group of 36 patients. Both groups were given conventional rehabilitation and medical treatment, and 5 rehabilitation training sessions were performed once a week for 45 minutes.Intramuscular patch group was treated with intramuscular sticking therapy. The patch was applied once a day and patched for 5 days per week. The control group was given a pseudo-intramuscular effect patch and treated at the same site.Use and intramuscular efficacy The intramuscular patches of the same color and length were attached, but no mechanical fixation was given. The Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA),Modified Barthel Index(MBI),and Composite spastieness scale(CSS)of the lower extremities were compared between the two groups before treatment,4 weeks after treatment, and 4 weeks after discharge.,Berg balance scale(BBS)score,Functional ambulation category scale(FAC).SPSS21.0 software was used for statistical analysis. The difference was statistically significant at P<0.05.Results: 1.The final 71 patients included in the trial, right According to a group of patients with pulmonary infection exacerbated from the test, the control group of 35 patients,36 patients in the treatment group,FMA score,MBI score,CSS score,BBS score,FAC grading There was no significant difference between the two groups(all P>0.05).2.The BBS scores of both groups were significantly increased before treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment(P <0.05).3.The scores of FMA in both groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment(P <0.05)and the scores of FMA in both groups were significantly higher than those in control group The score of intramuscular plaster group was significantly higher than that of the control group after 4 weeks of discharge(P<0.05).4.The MBI scores of both groups were significantly increased 4 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after discharge(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).5.The CSS scores of both groups were decreased 4 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after discharge(P<0.05)group patients score, intramuscular effect paste group in the treatment of 4 weeks and 4 weeks after discharge scores were dropped more than the control group(P<0.05).6.The FAC score of the intramuscular plaster group increased 4 weeks after the treatment and4 weeks after the discharge(P<0.05),and The control group had no significant improvement in FAC scores after 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.05),the control group patients were discharged after 4 weeks FAC score was higher than before treatment(P<0.05).Comparison of two groups of patients score between the two groups, kinesio taping group after 4 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks after discharge, the scores were increased more than the control group, the difference was statistically significant Significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:kinesio taping can effectively alleviate the paralysis of the lower extremities of patients with hemiplegia in early stroke and improve the motor function of the lower extremities, which in turn can play an active role in the recovery of the balance function of the lower extremities and the improvement of walking ability.
