Health is closely related to everyone.Health care is directly related to the people's livelihood.General secretary Xi JinPing has proposed to improve the national health policy and provide all-round and all-round health services to the people in the “Nineteen Major” report.The governments at all levels attach great importance to the development of medical and health care,and gradually build a medical and health service system covering both urban and rural areas.In our country's medical and health system,although the number of hospitals is relatively small,but it is the main body that receives medical treatment.It can be said that the hospital plays a pivotal role in our country's medical and health system.At present,hospitals in our country are facing many opportunities and challenges,such as the aggravation of the aging population,and people pay more and more attention to the health of themselves and their family members.The concept of service is deeply rooted in people's minds,and people are paying more and more attention to the medical service level of hospitals.The emergence of for-profit hospitals has become increasingly competitive.Add in the health care reform and so on.Therefore,if the hospital wants to survive and develop,it must actively improve internal management and strengthen internal system construction,and the most important one is to construct a scientific and effective performance management system.This paper analyzes the status quo of the performance management of A hospital and finds out the problems existing in the performance management process of A hospital based on the analysis of domestic and international performance management and hospital performance management theory and research status.This paper determines the long-term strategic goal of A hospital and the four hierarchical target system according to the balanced scorecard frame based on the SWOT analysis on the operation environment of A hospital.On this basis,this paper studies and designs a set of scientific,reasonable and practical performance management and evaluation system to get a more scientific and effective way of performance management based on the balanced scorecard theory and combines other performance management theories.In turn,this article provides solutions for solving a series of problems in A hospital performance management,and it can also provide ideas and references for other hospitals in China to implement performance management comprehensively and efficiently.
