Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease With Damp-heat Stasis And Kidney-deficiency Type By Yikun Ningpen Decoction

Objective:The study is based on Zhu Shi's experience prescription for the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.The study was conducted by a randomized controlled method.To observe the curative effect of Yikun Ningpen decoction on damp-heat stasis and kidney deficiency chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,and to discuss the treatment of damp-heat stasis and kidney deficiency from cuboidal method and drug analysis.The mechanism of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is expected to provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and better develop the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:The subjects of the study were all the chronic pelvic inflammatory disease patients who were in accordance with the syndrome of damp-heat stasis and kidney deficiency in the outpatient clinic of traditional Chinese medicine gynecology experts of Shiyan traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2016 to June 2017.A total of 80 cases were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group(n=40)and control group(n=40).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in age,course of disease,gestation,auxiliary examination,symptom score and sign score between the two groups.Comparable.The treatment group was given Yikun Ningpen decoction,while the control group was given Kun Fu Kang capsule.Half a month was a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses.The patients were followed up for 6 months after treatment.After the trial,SP was used.Statistical analysis of the results by SS19.0 software:rank sum test was used for grade data,X~2 test for counting data,t test for measurement data,and bilateral test as standard,when there was no difference between them(P>0.05).Results:1.comparison of comprehensive curative effect:the treatment group was 95.6%,and the control group was 63.4%.After analysis,there was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05),and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group with Kun Fu Kang capsule.2.Comparison of syndromes and signs of TCM:TCM syndromes and signs in the treatment group were 94.52%?84.21%,and those in the control group were 62.48%?53.45%,respectively.The comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effect of improving symptoms and signs in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group.3.Both of them were effective in improving TCM syndromes,and the treatment group of Yikun Ningpen decoction was better than Kun Fu Kang capsule in improving the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine(P<0.05).4.In the improvement of pelvic effusion or pelvic mass,the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).5.There was recurrence after treatment,but Yikun Ningpen decoction was better than Kun Fu Kang capsule in preventing recurrence(P<0.05).6.The difference of age,course of disease,disease condition and curative effect between the observation group and the treatment group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation with damp-heat stagnation and kidney deficiency,Yikun Ningpen decoction has remarkable effect.Compared with the control group,it has significant advantages in relieving symptoms,improving physical signs,reducing recurrence rate and improving quality of life.It is an effective method to treat chronic pelvic inflammation with damp-heat stagnation and kidney deficiency.
