The Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease(CPID) With Damp Heat And Stasis Syndrome By Penyanqing Prescription And Endovascular Therapy

Objective : By researching the clinical efficacy of the penyanqing prescription combined withendovascular therapy to treat the chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(CPID)With Damp Heat and Stasis Syndrome,and investigate the mechanism of action also provide a better treatmen plan to the disease.Methods:We selected 60 patients suffering from CPID and devided them randomly into experimental group(30cases,treated with penyangqing priscriptiong for oral and coloclysis combined with endovascular therapy)and contrast group(30 cases,treated with fulepian tablet for oral and kangfuxiaoyan capsule by rectal administration combined with endovascular therapy).After treatment,the improvement of local physical sign,traditional Chinese medicine symptoms score,the level of the pelvic cavity accumulates liquid and inflammatory mass,three months of follow-up,these were all observes and compared.Results:After the treatment,the total effective rate of experimental group was 93.33% and the rate for control group was 83.33%,there was a significant difference(P<0.05)between the two groups after the rank sum test,the result of experimental group was better than the control group.The TCM Syndrome score and total integral comparison,there were significant difference(P<0.05).After recurrence of three months of follow-up,the three months recurrence rate of experimental group was 13.33%,while the other was up to 40%.It has a significant difference between two groups,the fomers recurrence rate was more lower than the later.Conclusion:penyangqing priscriptiong for oral and coloclysis combined with endovascular therapyhad an obvious effect on the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(CPID)With Damp Heat and Stasis Syndrome,it deserve further study and clinic application.
