Clinical Effect Observation Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction To Treat Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Of Hot And Samp Stasis

Objective: To explore the traditional Chinese medicine on pelvic inflammatorydisease damp heat Stasis Decoction in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory diseasewith clinical therapeutic effect and its action mechanism, aiming to find a safe, convenient,effective topical treatment method.Methods:60cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly dividedinto two groups: the treatment group of30cases (to the modified pelvic inflammationsoup oral);30cases in the control group (to gynecological inflammation resistingcapsule). Two groups were observed before and after treatment in patients with syndromeof traditional Chinese medicine, local signs; before and after treatment in two groups ofpatients hemorheology, serum interleukin-2(IL-2), tumor necrosis factor (TNF-),uterine artery blood flow, changes in the pelvic B ultrasound.Results: the treatment group total effective rate was93.3%overall,66.7%in thecontrol group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Syndrome oftraditional Chinese medicine curative effect of treatment group total effective rate was93.3%, total effective rate in control group was70.00%, the difference was statisticallysignificant (P<0.01). Two groups of patients after treatment with TCM syndrome integral,integral local symptoms than before treatment were significantly decreased, and thetreatment group was superior to the control group, there were significant differences(P<0.01). The treatment group in improving blood rheology, uterine artery blood flowstatus, elevated IL-2, lower TNF-, narrowed pelvic inflammatory disease, reduce pelviceffusion was superior to the control group (P<0.05). During the treatment had no obviousadverse reaction Conclusions: modified pelvic inflammatory disease damp heat Stasis Decoction inthe treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease good clinical curative effect, itsmechanism may be through improved blood hypercoagulability and uterine artery bloodflow, regulate immune function, so that the patients with clinical symptoms and signs wereimproved, worthy of further study and clinical application.
