Clinical Observation On The Influence Of Shendan Decoction On The Tcm Symptom Single Score And The Seattle Angina Pectoris Scale Score Of Patients With Stable Anging Pectoris(Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective:evaluating the clinical effect of Shendan decoction on qi-deficiency and blood-stasis based stable angina pectoris via observing the changes of TCM symptom single score and Seattle angina pectoris scale score before and after treatment.Methods:60 patients who were diagnosed with qi-deficiency and blood-stasis based stable angina pectoris in the second hospital affiliated of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April to December in 2018 and received standardized internal medicine treatment for more than 2 weeks were selected.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group on a voluntary basis,where each group consists of 30 cases.one group was treated with Shendan decoction and the other was gived with Shen Shao capsule for 4 weeks.Using statistical analysis,evaluated the clinical treatment effect via comparing the change of TCM symptom score(chest pain,chest tightness,palpitation,fatigue,less gas laziness and dim complexion)and Seattle angina pectoris scale score(PL ?AS? AF? TS? DS)at the moment before and after treatment.Result: 1.There were no significant differences in gender,age,TCM symptom scores,and Seattle angina pectoris scores between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Single score of TCM symptoms: Compared with the control group,the patients in the experimental group had significant reduction in chest pain,chest tightness,palpitations,fatigue,and less gas laziness after treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was no significant improvement in the score of dim complexion.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.Seattle angina scale score: Compared with the control group,the scores of physical limitation,stable state of angina pectoris,angina attack situation,treatment satisfaction and disease awareness scores in the experimental group were significantly increased,and the difference wasstatistically significant(P<0.05);and the sum of the five scores increased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.Shendan decoction can reduce the chest pain,chest tightness,palpitations,fatigue,and less gas laziness points in patients with stable angina pectoris(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome),and improve the clinical symptoms of patients with traditional Chinese medicine.2.Shendan Decoction can increase the degree of physical limitation,stable state of angina pectoris,angina attack situatio in patients with stable angina pectoris(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome),and improve the satisfaction and disease awareness of patients.
