Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Qutanxuanbitongluoyin In The Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris Of Phlegm And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy of Qutanxuanbitongluoyin in the treatment of stable angina pectoris,and to discuss the machanism action of Qutanxuanbitongluoyin in the treatment of stable angina pectoris.Methods: A total of 54 patients with stable angina pectoris(phlegm and blood stasis syndrome)were selected from the second department of cardiovascular outpatient of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2018 to December 2019,and completed 50 cases finally.All of them use Qutanxuanbitongluoyin for 4 weeks.The indicators of angina pectoris score,electrocardiogram,nitroglycerin using,TCM syndrome score were observed by self-comparison,SPSS 20.0 statistical software was used to analyze the results.Result:1.The curative effect of angina pectoris:The total effective rate was90%.After treatment,the angina pectoris score was significantly lower than that before,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.ECG effect:The total effective rate was 66%.After treatment,the ECG ischemia situation was significantly improved compared with that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Nitroglycerin cessation rate:The cessation rate of nitroglycerin was63.04%.After treatment,Nitroglycerin usage was significantly lower compared with that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).4.Therapeutic effect of TCM syndromes:The total effective rate was90%.After treatment,TCM syndrome score was significantly lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Safety indicators: There was no significant difference in liver function,kidney function and coagulation between before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Qutanxuanbitongluoyin can effectively improve the curative effective of angina pectoris in patients with stable angina pectoris(Phlegm and blood stasis syndrome).2.Qutanxuanbitongluoyin can effectively improve the ECG ischemia situation in patients with stable angina pectoris(Phlegm and blood stasis syndrome).3.Qutanxuanbitongluoyin can effectively reduce the usage of nitroglycerin in patients with stable angina pectoris(Phlegm and blood stasis syndrome).4.Qutanxuanbitongluoyin can effectively improve the TCM syndromes in patients with stable angina pectoris(Phlegm and blood stasis syndrome).
