| Objective To observe the effect of invigorating kidney and qi and blood method on the level and pregnancy rate of follicular fluid cells in patients with short duration of ivf-et luteal phase,and to explore the role and partial mechanism of TCM intervention in the process of IVF-ET,and to provide scientific basis for TCM to assist IVF-ET.Methods There were 200 cases in each group in accord with the research standard,which were collected in Hubei Women and Children Hospital Reproductive Center from April 2016 to January 2018 with IVF-ET.Because the data and the specimen are incomplete,there are 66 effective cases in traditional Chinese medicine group and 70 effective cases in the control group finally.Treate with COH+IVF-ET in the control group,and basis of COH+IVF-ET,the traditional Chinese medicine group is supplemented by invigorating kidney and qi and blood method.The application of traditional Chinese medicine is divided into two stages.Before embryo transplantation,the method of invigorating and nourishing blood and blood circulation is adopted.After embryo transplantation,the method of invigorating the kidney and nourishing blood is adopted,and the TCM intervention is one to three months.Observe two groups of patients:(1)the situation of follicular development(retrieved oocyte numbe,M?ovum,Cleavage number,fertility rate,Prime number of embryos,clinical pregnancy rate)(2)the related factor in the follicular fluid(testing level of IGF-2,IL-6,VEGF,TNF-a in dominant folliclus).Results(1)related factors in follicular fluid by comparing in two groups: there are significant differences(P<0.05)for IGF-2,IL-6,VEGF and TNF-a,which are higher in the Chinese medicine group than the control group for IGF-2,IL-6,VEGF,but is lower in the Chinese medicine group than the control group for TNF-a,this suggested that Bushen Yiqi Hexue Recipe can enhance the function of IGF-2,IL-6,VEGF to some extent,and a down-regulation for Bushen Yiqi Hexue Recipe on TNF-a.;(2)Two groups of follicular development: About the average number of M?ovum,there are 2.58±2.43 in the Chinese medicine group and 1.62±1.56 in the control group;About the average number of Cleavage number,there are 14.08±6.06 in the Chinese medicine group and 11.17±5.16 in the control group;which are significant differences(P<0.05)between the two groups.About the average number of retrieved oocytes,there are 18.14±13.44 in the Chinese medicine group and 16.69 ± 7.70 in the control group,which is not significant difference(P>0.05)between the two groups.This suggested that invigorating kidney and qi and blood method can promote the development of follicle,but there is not significant impact for retrieved oocyte number.(3)Two groups of pregnancy-related conditions: fertility rate(13.91±6.16 vs 11.69±5.30),Prime number of embryos(8.79±4.91 vs 5.51±2.76),clinical pregnancy rate(75.76% vs 55.81%),which are higher in the Chinese medicine group than the control group,there are significant differences of the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The results of this study suggest that,Chinese Herbal Medicine of Tonifying Kidney and Harmonizing Qi and Blood used in IVF-ET process could significantly increase the levels of IGF-2,IL-6,VEG-F,and down-regulate for TNF-a.And which may increase the retrieved oocyte numbe,M ? ovum,Cleavage number,fertility rate,Prime number of embryos and clinical pregnancy rate,improve the clinical pregnancy outcome. |
