Chinese Medicine Intervention On Pregnancy Outcomes Of Women With Tubal Pregnancy

Objective:To evaluate the intervention of Chinese medicine to patients with tubal pregnancy when the pregnancy intrauterine pregnancy and repeat the impact of tubal pregnancy.Method:Access to the Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Chengdu gynecology and maternal and child health centres in May 2004 to November 2006 period were diagnosed as tubal pregnancy hospitalized patients with medical records,in accordance with accepted by the different treatment into Chinese and western medicine combination therapy group(MTX-CF programme with oral medicine decoction),the only western medicine treatment group(MTX-CF programme),surgical treatment group.Telephone follow-up of each group in the pregnancy,the same day to discharge patients from November 2007 only,up from 12 to 42 months,recording intrauterine pregnancy,infertility and ectopic pregnancy in cases of duplication of the number of Chinese medicine intervention on tubal pregnancy Patients with reproductive effects.Results:A total of 178 cases of patients with medical records,follow up of 149 cases, there were 108 cases of birth request,43 patients after Chinese and western medicine combination treatment,of which 26 cases were intrauterine pregnancy,one case were repeat tubal pregnancy;5 cases in 10 patients accepted only western medicine treatment were intrauterine pregnancy,no repeat tubal pregnancy occurred.there were 25 cases of intrauterine pregnancy in 55 cases after surgical treatment,of which 16 cases in 38 cases after open surgery were intrauterine pregnancy,one case was repeat tubal pregnancy;of which 9 cases in 17 cases after laparoscopic surgery were intrauterine pregnancy,one case was repeat tubal pregnancy;of which 13 cases in 25 cases after reservations tubal surgery were intrauterine pregnancy,two cases were repeat tubal pregnancy;of which 12 cases in 30 cases after side fallopian tube removed were intrauterine pregnancy,no repeat tubal pregnancy occurred.Approval by the x~2 test,intrauterine pregnancy rate of the patients with Chinese and western medicine combination treatment was higher than the patients of which with simply western treatment(P＜0.05),and intrauterine pregnancy rate of the patients after laparoscopic surgery was non-discriminatory(P＞0.05),repeated tubal pregnancy rate was also the same.There were two cases of intrauterine pregnancy,two cases of repeat tubal pregnancy in 41 patients who without fertility requirement.Conclusion:The intrauterine pregnancy rate of tubal pregnancy patients with early treatment of Chinese medicine was improved,but the incidence of repeat tubal pregnancy was not being reduced significantly.
