Objective To observe the effects of Bushen Yiqi Hexue Recipe on hormone levels in serum and follicular fluid of IVF-ET patients,further to explore the function of tradition chinese medicine on reproductive endocrine.Methods The patients were collected in Hubei Women and Children Hospital Reproductive Center from January 2016 to January 2017 with IVF-ET,which were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine group(TCM)(51 cases)and control group(48 cases).The control group was treated with COH+IVF-ET,and the TCM group was treated with Bushen Yiqi Hexue Recipe on the basis of COH+IVF-ET.The following items were compared between the two groups:(1)At 3 day of the menstrual cycle and the start-up day check the blood level of FSH,LH,E2,P,T,PRL.(2)At the day of injection h CG check blood level of LH,E2,P,T.(3)At the day of oocyte retrieval check blood level of E2,P,T.(4)The reproductive endocrine hormone in the follicular fluid(testing level of E2,P,T).(5)Total Gn days and Gn dosage.Results(1)At the start-up day,the TCM group E2 level was significantly lower than the control group,there were significant differences between two groups(P=0.01),but there weren ' t significant differences(P > 0.05)for the levels of hormones including FSH,LH,P,T and PRL.(2)The E2 level of the TCM group was significantly higher than that of the control group on HCG injection day(P<0.05),while no differces were found in LH,P and T.(3)At the day of oocyte retrieval,there are significant differences(all P<0.05)for E2 and P,which is significantly higher in the TCM group than in the control group,but there isn't significant difference(P>0.05)for T.(4)As for follicular fluid hormones,the TCM group still has the advantages in improving E2 and T level over the control group(P>0.05),while has no significant effect on P.(5)The Gn days and Gn dosage(P<0.01)between the two groups and founed that the TCM group had less Gn days and Gn dosage.Conlusions This study suggests that,in the process of IVF-ET,Bushen Yiqi Hexue Recipe may affect hormone levels in serum and follicular fluid,may down-regulate levels of E2 at thestart-up day,high-regulate levels of E2 at the day of injection h CG,levels of E2 and P at the day of oocyte retrieval,levels of E2 and T in the follicular fluid,increase the sensitivity of follicle to exogenous gonadotropin. |
