ObjectiveBy literature retrieval, we summarized the famous veteran doctors’ transmission status and the main transmission methods, analized the clinical characteristics and medication experience of Professor Li Liyun. According to the prescription theoretical study of Professor Li Liyun’29 internal prescriptions and comparative study of similar prescriptions, combed the connotation of the evidence-based medicine in the pattern of prescription-constitution-syndrome-disease. In the support of structured and standardized data collection platform, we collected the information of Professor Li Liyun basis for infertility to establish a ontology knowledge base. And then based on association rules to do the data mining for clinical law of chinese herbs compatibility research on Professor Li Liyun’s treatment of infertility. By analyzing the rules, finding out new couple chinese herbs, confirmed the conclusion of diagnosis and treatment for successful cases of infertility.We also used literature research、expert interview and clinical research to comb and concise Professor Li’s academic thought and characteristics of syndrome differentiation of infertility, which Improve the efficiency of famous veteran doctors’experience transmisson, and provided basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of infertility.Methods1. And then based on association rules with SQL Server Business Intelligence Development Studio to do the data mining for clinical law of chinese herbs compatibility research on Professor Li Liyun’s treatment of infertility. By analyzing the rules, finding out new couple chinese herbs, confirmed the conclusion of successful cases of infertility diagnosis and treatment.3. Through the statistics and analysis about the infertility cases of Pro Li based on association rules. After the analysis and data mining of the successful cases, we can get the conclusions:about the patients in age from 30 to 35, Professor Li would focused on tonifying qi and blood、tonifying both qi and blood、nourishing the kidney-yin treatment;To the patients with ovulation disorders, the tonifying both qi and blood、nourishing the spleen to drying dampness and resolving phlegm、 eliminating dampness and removing blood stasis treatment were important;to the patients with oviduct infertility problem, dispelling dampness and promoting diuresis, dredging collaterals and tonifying the spleen、smoothing the liver to relieve qi stagnation、reconcile qi and blood treatment;to the endometriosis infertility patients, Pro Li used promoting the blood circulation and removing blood stasis to get rid of mass treatment mostly. In menstrual period Pro Li usually used promoting the blood circulation and removing blood stasis treatment;Follicular phase uses invigorating the essence and blood、nourishing the kidney-yin mainly;Luteal phase uses tonifying the kidney spleen and liver treatment.
