The Clinnical Research On Children's Henoch-Schonlein Purpura And Medication Rules Of Professor LiuXiaoYing

Objective Evaluate the efficacy and Chinese medicine syndromes of Henoch-Schonleinpurpura(HSP)patient via retrospectively study,summarize Professor Liu Xiaoying's academic thoughts and medication laws,provide ideas for the optimization of specialized diseases.Methods A total of 283 cases of pediatric pediatrics were collected from professor Liu Xiaoying's outpatients and hospitalized patients from January 2015 to February 2018 from the Hubei Provincial Hospital of TCM,filter by inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,use retrospective study to analysis the 116 cases that meet the criteria.the collection of clinical data collected,including basic information and prescription content of the child,such as: name,gender,age,address,time of treatment,diagnosis(typing),syndrome,prescription,etc.Select treatment before treatment and treatment for 2 weeks as evaluation time,evaluate the efficacy of skin rashes and the efficacy of TCM syndromes in cases,The number of recurrences of rashes and kidney damage before and after treatment in children.Use the EXCEL form and SPSS 20.0 for frequency analysis and cluster analysis of case data.Frequency analysis involves gender,age,predisposing factors,course of illness,syndrome type,prescription medication and many other aspects.Systematic clustering analysis for statistical analysis of common drug pairs and triple use drugs,derived drug combination rules and Professor Liu Xiaoying's medication rules.Result 1 Efficacy evaluation 1.1 Efficacy evaluation of skin rash After treatment,In 116 cases,the clinical efficacy of skin rash recovery was 84,with 23 markedly effective,7 improved,and 2 ineffective,with an effective rate of 98.28%.The total effective rate of TCM syndromes was 85.71% after two weeks in children with refractory rashes(rashes lasting more than 2 months).1.2 TCM syndrome efficacy The main symptoms of HSP(skin purpura,abdominal pain,joint swelling and pain,abnormal urine examination)were compared before and after treatment,and P<0.05 normally.Compared with two weeks after treatment,there were itchy skin pain,fever/cough,dermatoglyphagia/sublingual vein detour,dry mouth/bad breath,red face,yellow face,warm heart and heart of hand and foot,retina/molars,short yellow urine,dry stool or loose stools,the P value were less than 0.05(P<0.05)with staistical difference,but there was no statistical difference,in which the P value were more than 0.05(P>0.05),such as common colds,pharynx/pharynx red,hyperhidrosis/fatigue and other minor symptoms(P>0.05).Comparing the total scores of TCM syndromes before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The total effective rate of curative effect of Chinese medicine is 97.42%.1.3 Follow-up 1.3.1 Recurrence After six months of treatment,85 out of 116 children with HSP had a recurrence of rash,which was statistically significant compared with the number of relapses in the first six months of treatment(p<0.05).1.3.2 Kidney damage After six months of follow-up,kidney damage occurred in 9 children and
