Analysis Of Medication Law Of Professor Wangsongling In The Treatment Of Migraine

Objective: to explore professor Wang Songling’s medication rules in the treatment of migraine by using data mining technology,and to present the prescription information in a visual and structured way.Methods: This paper uses the data mining technology,collecting bun tiak g chua,a professor at 2015-2019,420 outpatient treatment of migraine new prescription,based on the name old doctor of traditional Chinese medicine clinical finishing information acquisition system database method to input information,the bun tiak g chua,a professor at the treatment of migraine medicine information digital statistical analysis of research,which mainly adopts frequency statistics analysis,clustering analysis,multi-scale analysis of backbone networks,multi-layer core network analysis,using SPSS21.0 software,complex network analysis system software for inputting prescribing information mining,Thus summarized professor Wang Songling treatment of migraine medication law.Results:1.Frequency(times)frequency statistical analysis: among 420 first-time prescriptions,there were 133 traditional Chinese medicine,and the total frequency of drugs appeared 6077 times,of which 17>120 times.drugs with frequency ≥ 20 times had 60 flavors,with a total frequency of 5691,accounting for about 94% of all drug frequency.2.Drug efficacy and meridian analysis: frequency ≥ 20 times of drug efficacy classification: antipyretic,Qingre medicine,tranquilizing medicine,tonifying deficiency medicine,calming liver and relieving wind medicine,eliminating phlegm and relieving cough medicine,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis medicine.Drug regression analysis ≥ 20 times frequency: the drug was classified as liver meridian,lung meridian,stomach meridian,spleen meridian,heart meridian,kidney meridian,gallbladder meridian,large intestine meridian,bladder meridian,pericardial meridian,small intestine meridian.Among them,liver meridian,lung meridian,stomach meridian mainly.3.Drug clustering analysis with frequency greater than or equal to 20 times: 7groups of meaningful clustering prescriptions were formed,which better reflected professor wang songling’s
