Objective:To summarize the medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine therapy in the treatment of mastitis with acne wounds, and to observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine therapy in the treatment of mastitis with acne wounds..Research methods:(1)In the CNKI and Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform, the subject search was carried out with the disease name(plasma mastitis, mastitis with acne,Granulomatous lobular mastitis,non-lactating mastitis). The search time range was Self-built library until August 31,2018.Through the use of EXCEL and IBM SPSS Modeler, the prescriptions of the prescriptions for the treatment of wounds of mastitis with acne after traditional Chinese medicine therapy were analyzed, including drug frequency statistics, drug association, similarity and so on.(2)15 patients were enrolled and treated with Tuolitounong Decoction. The wound area, wound healing rate, mass size, clinical symptom observation score, and VAS pain score were observed at 2 and 4 weeks after treatment.Therapeutic effect of treating the wounds of plasma cell mastitis after ulceration. All study data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 20.0 statistical software. If P<0.05,the difference was considered statistically significant.Results:(1)By reading the title and the full text,90 papers were screened out.,and 92 prescriptions were included in total,of which 32 prescriptions were used in the literature, only for the treatment of postoperative ulceration of mastitis with acne. One prescription and 32 prescriptions were included in the "general group" and "special group" respectively. The"universal group" uses the top three traditional Chinese medicines for Angelica,Chaihu and Astragalus. The top three efficacy of traditional Chinese medicines are Qingrejiedu,Huoxue Huayu and Buqi. The related drugs are Danshen and oldenlandia,Honeysuckle,Dandelion, etc.;the"special group" uses the top three traditional Chinese medicines for Astragalus,Angelica, and Saponin. The first three doses of Chinese medicine are heat-clearing and antidote,qi-invigorating medicine and blood-supplying medicine. The combination of drugs is white peony, jaundice, medlar, jaundice, etc. The "special group" high-frequency Chinese medicine combination has the highest similarity with the Tuolitounong Decoction.(2)Compared with before treatment, the total wound area, single largest wound area, mass size(body surface projection area),clinical symptom observation total score, and VAS pain score were significantly reduced in 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment. At 4 weeks of treatment, the wound healing rate was significantly greater than that at 2 weeks of treatment. In the single symptom score of clinical symptom observation, the granulation morphology, local skin and wound surface of the wound were significantly improved in the wounds at 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment. The breast pain of the patient at 4 weeks of treatment was significantly improved compared with that before treatment and 2 weeks after treatment.Research conclusions:(1)"General-purpose group"medication rule:the combination of Qingrejiedu and nourishing blood and blood circulation drugs is the most common,"special group"medication rule:combination of qi medicine and white sputum or saponin,heat-clearing medicine and blood-activating medicine The combination is the most common.By summarizing the medication rules of post-mortem wounds in mastitis with acne,it can be found that the main treatments at this stage and the pathogenesis of lack of residual venom remain a reference for clinical medication.(2)traditional Chinese medicine therapy method(Tuolitounong Decoction)can achieve better curative effect in reducing the wound area, mass size, pain, and improving the granulation morphology and wound surface of wounds in patients with wounds after mastitis with acne.
