Clinical Effect And Regularity Of Chinese Medicine In Treating Anorexia In Children

Objective:Through the retrospective analysis of pediatric patients with anorexia admitted to the outpatient department of the department of pediatrics of Hubei provincial hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from September 2016 to December 2018,the purpose is to know the curative effect,of traditional Chinese medicine on anorexia in children,so as to evaluate,summarize and provide treatment ideas for specific diseases.Methods:Collecting Sep 2016-Dec2018 in the outpatient department of the department of pediatrics of Hubei provincial hospital of traditional Chinese medicine on total 2204 cases of children with anorexia,and perform a retrospective study on 283 patients who met the criteria,who were detailed records of the patient's name,sex,age,clinical time,parting,syndrome and prescription drugs.4weeks of treatment were selected as the evaluation time point(for those less than 4 weeks,the evaluation of the curative effect of the disease reaching clinical recovery was used as the evaluation node)to evaluate the curative effect of the cases and the curative effect of TCM syndrome,and analyze the medication law of the prescription.Excel table and SPSS20.0 were used to analyze the frequency and clustering of case data,and SPSS clementine12.0 was used for drug association analysis.Frequency analysis involves gender,age,syndrome type,prescription and other aspects.Correlation analysis and systematic cluster analysis were used to analyze the common drug pairs and triple drug combinations,and finally to obtain the drug combination rules,and to summarize the characteristics of TCM syndrome types and the rules of theory and prescription of anorexia in children.Results1.Efficacy evaluation According to the evaluation criteria of disease efficacy,198 cases were cured in clinical recovery,accounting for 70.0%.There were 29 cases,accounting for 10.2%.38 cases were effective,accounting for 13.4%.18 cases were invalid,accounting for 6.4%.The clinical total effective rate reached 93.6%.According to the evaluation criteria of TCM syndrome integral effect,90 cases were cured,accounting for 31.8%.There were 128 cases,accounting for45.2%.47 cases were effective,accounting for 16.6%.18 cases were invalid,accounting for 6.4%.The clinical total effective rate reached 93.6%.2.Syndrome type analysis and medication law analysis of anorexia2.1 Syndrome type distribution of anorexia in children Among the cases included in this study,92(32.5%)were of damp-heat type of spleen and stomach,71(25.1%)were of spleen insufficiency,109(38.5%)were of spleen and stomach qi deficiency,4(1.4%)were of spleen and stomach Yin deficiency,and 7(2.5%)were of liver qi deficiency.2.2 medication rules and related treatment of anorexia in children According to the results of correlation analysis,the digestible traditional Chinese medicine coke divine comedy,coke hawthorn,Fried malt,Fried chicken gold is often used in combination for various types of anorexia;Other commonly used drugs have tuckahoe-coix kernel,tuckahoe-pinellia tuber,radix pseudostellariae-tuckahoe,Fried atractylodes-yam,huoxiang-magnolia officinalis-poria,Fried atractylodes-poria-radix glycyrrhizae,burnt hawthorn-burnt sacred song-citron and so on.2.3 Core prescriptions of main syndromes The results of cluster analysis showed that the addition and subtraction of Huopuxialingtang and Xiehuangsan were used for the damp-heat type of spleen and stomach.The addition and subtraction of Buhuanjinzhengqisan,Baohewan for the type of Spleen insufficiency certificate;Qiweibaizhusan,Yigongsan and Shenlingbaizhusan were added and substracted in the deficiency of spleen-stomach qi.The common medicines for the Yin deficiency of spleen and stomach are radix ophiopogonis,radix glycyrrhizae,radix glycyrrhizae,dendrobium,stir-fried malt,radix glycyrrhizae;Chaihushugansan is widely used in the treatment of liver flourishing and spleen deficiency.Conclusion: For anorexia in children,the treatment with traditional Chinese medicine has significantly reduced syndrome points and achieved significant clinical effects,which can not only improve the eating and nutritional intake problems of children,but also comprehensively regulate the children's feces,sleep,spirit and other complications.This topic summarizes and summarizes in detail the principles and prescriptions for the treatment of anorexia in children,providing ideas for the optimization of the diagnosis and treatment of special diseases.
