| Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Gujianfang prescription in the treatment of primary osteoporosis with kidney deficiency and blood stasis.Methods:From January,2017 to December,2017.100 patients with primary osteo porosis with kidney deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided into control gr oup and test group according to the criteria of diagnosis,inclusion and exclusion,amo ng which were 50 Cases in control group of Caltrate combined with ossification in th ree alcohol group and 50 Cases test group of Caltrate plus bone canal combined with ossification in three alcohol group.The control group took calcium and calcitriol wit h Calcium carbonate D3 of Wyeth(Chinese National Medicine Approval Number H10950029),each tablet contains 1.5 grams of calcium carbonate),1 tablet/time,1 time/day.Ossified three alcohol(Luo Gaiquan of Roche with Chinese National Medicine Approval Number J20050021,0.25ug/granule),1 grain/time,2 times/day.In the experimental group which was on the basis of the control group,it was added by th e Gujianfang as the based side with disease treatment prescription,1 dose daily,two t imes a day early after supper.Took 3 months of continuously and guided the patient's diet and exercise.The pain symptoms and blood calcium(S-Ca),blood phosphorus(S-P),type I procollagen N-propeptide(PINP).Type I collagen crosslinked C-terminal peptide(S-CTX)and so forth changes in laboratory indicators before and after treatmen t were observed and compared between the control group and the experimental group.The obtained data were statistically analyzed with SPSS 20.0.Results:1.Two groups of patients in sex,age,BMI,course of statistical analysis(P>0.05),the difference is not statistically significant but is comparable.2.Comparison of NRS scores.There were significant differences in NRS scores between the two groups before and after 3 months treatment.(P<0.05).The NRS score s of both groups were decreased.3.Comparison of efficacy.There was statistical difference between the two group s before and after 3 months treatment.(P<0.05).Both groups have curative effect and the experimental group is better than the control group.4.Comparison of bone metabolism indexes.The values of PINP.CTX and Ca in the control group and the experimental group were significantly different before and after 3 month.s treatment(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in P between the control group and the experimental group before and after 3 months treatment.(P>0.05).The decrease of CTX in the test group was more obvious than that in the control group,and the PINP in the experimental group was slightly lower than that in the c ontrol group.5.Before and after treatment,the blood routine,liver and kidney function of the two groups were controlled within the normal range,and there was no difference bet ween the two groups.(P>0.05),which indicates that both groups are safe.There were no adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion:The combination of Gujianfang recipe with calcium and ossification tr iol in the treatment of primary osteoporosis with kidney deficiency and blood stasis ca n effectively improve the index of bone metabolism.The mechanism is related to the i nhibition of bone resorption,the reduction of bone transformation,the regulation of bo ne metabolism and the maintenance of calcium and phosphorus balance.At the same t ime,Gujianfang can alleviate the pain caused by osteoporosis and improve the quality of life of patients. |
