| Objective:Based on the occurrence of osteoporosis development background,we take Jingujian liquid form N0.3 as the main research object,comparing with western medicine,and collect clinical cases to observe the effects of traditional Chinese medicine on hormone regulating calcium and phosphate.To evaluate the curative effect of the traditional Chinese medicine and standardizate it to perfect the formula and improve curative effect.Methods:A total of 90 patients with primary osteoporosis were collected from outpatient and inpatient department of our hospital.The sample was divided into 2 groups according to the random principle.60 cases were treated in the treatment group and 30 in the control group.Both the treatment group and the control group were given basic drug treatment:Calcium carbonate and vitamin d3 tablet,po,1 tablet/time,1 time;Calcitriol soft capsule,po,1 grain/time,1 time.The treatment group was given Jingujian liquid form N0.3:Gusuibu,Buguzhi,Yanduzhong,Chaobaizhu,Chuanniuxi,Huainiuxi,Chuanxiong,Shenghuangqi,Dangshen,Fuling,Shengdi,Baizhu,2 times per day,200ml/time,po.The control group gave alendronate sodium tablets 1 tablet/time,1 time/week,po.The treatment period was three months.Before and after the treatment,two groups of TCM syndromes were recorded,such as TCM symptoms score,pain score,bone density examination,bone metabolism and other therapeutic indexes,as well as observation indexes of limb artery detection and reaction force.After completion,statistical analysis was performed to evaluate the efficacy and influence on the regulating hormone.Results:1.The baseline data of the two groups before treatment,such as gender,age,TCM symptoms,reaction force,pain score,BAPWV,ABI,etc.,were not statistically significant,and P>0.05 was comparable.2.BAPWV can affect the bone density of the hip,.the two main manifestations are negative correlation,r=-0.383,P<0.05.No correlation between BAPWV and lumbar vertebra density was found.It was found that no correlation was found between ABI and lumbar spine or hip bone density,P>0.05.3.Through three months of clinical treatment,Jingujian liquid form NO.3 could significantly improve the symptoms and symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with osteoporosis,and the P value was<0.01.Although western medicine can significantly improve patients' pain(P<0.01)and the main symptoms of osteoporosis(P<0.01).But in improving other symptoms,the efficacy was not obvious and the efficiency was low.4.It,Jingujian liquid form N0.3,has certain effect on bone metabolism regulating hormone PTH and VitD.It can reduce the blood PTH level,P<0.01,which has obvious statistical significance.Western medicine did not find any effect on PTH and CT.The level of VitD in blood was increased(P<0.05),and the increase of VitD in the treatment group was more obvious,which was more advantageous than western medicine(P<0.05)after three months of clinical treatment.Conclusions:1 Jingujian liquid form N0.3 can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of osteoporosis about Spleen and kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.It have good curative effect.As a whole,It has certain regulating effect on PTH and VitD and the effect of increasing bone mass by inhibiting bone absorption.2.BAPWV is an indicator of arterial elasticity.The greater the value,the worse the elasticity,and the more obvious the hardening of the arteries.Clinical studies have shown that Arteriosclerosis and osteoporosis have the same pathologic mechanism.Therefore,the bone condition can be assessed by BAPWV examination results,and the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis should be done in advance. |
