The Clinical Study Of Suanzaoren Decoction In The Treatment Of Generalized Anxiety Disorder

PurposeObservation of Suanzaoren Decoction for the treatment of insomnia with main symptom of generalized anxiety disorder clinical curative effect, in terms of enrich and develop the unique advantages of the Traditional Chinese Medicine in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder.MethodIn our hospital heart internal medicine outpatients and inpatients with insomnia disorder collected extensive anxiety syndromes in59cases, using simple random, single blind, parallel controlled clinical design principle, divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group (Suanzaoren Decoction) in30cases, control group (Deanxit) in29cases, the treatment course of14days, two courses of treatment, follow-up of1months. Observation of patients with clinical symptoms, the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale score changes and the incidence of adverse reactions, and observed for1months with no recurrence. Hereby the Suanzaoren Decoction in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder in clinical efficacy evaluation.Result1.
