PurposeObservation of Suanzaoren Decoction for the treatment of insomnia with main symptom of generalized anxiety disorder clinical curative effect, in terms of enrich and develop the unique advantages of the Traditional Chinese Medicine in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder.MethodIn our hospital heart internal medicine outpatients and inpatients with insomnia disorder collected extensive anxiety syndromes in59cases, using simple random, single blind, parallel controlled clinical design principle, divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group (Suanzaoren Decoction) in30cases, control group (Deanxit) in29cases, the treatment course of14days, two courses of treatment, follow-up of1months. Observation of patients with clinical symptoms, the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale score changes and the incidence of adverse reactions, and observed for1months with no recurrence. Hereby the Suanzaoren Decoction in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder in clinical efficacy evaluation.Result1. Two groups of patients before treatment, compare about age, gender, syndrome type of traditional Chinese medicine composition ratio, via examining differences showed no statistical significance (P>0.05), comparable2. Before treatment in two groups of the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale score comparison, inspected the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05), comparable. Two groups were treated for2weeks,4weeks after the treatment of the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale score before treatment compared with respective have declined significantly, with significant difference (P <0.05), with statistical significance, two groups of drugs had therapeutic effects. Treatment for2weeks,4weeks of treatment two groups of patients with Hamilton Rating Scale score were compared between groups, with significant difference (P<0.05),, with statistical significance, the treatment group was superior to control group.3. After treatment in two groups of patients with insomnia symptoms improved significantly, the treatment group was superior to control group, have been tested statistically significant differences (P<0.05); after treatment in two groups of patients with chest pain and other symptoms were obviously improved, treatment group compared with the control group by checking had no significant difference (P>0.05).4. The treatment group did not appear harmful response, control group of1case of adverse reactions (Dry mouth), by chi-square test did not reach significant difference (P>0.05).5. Insomnia and other symptoms recurred1case in the treatment group, control group4cases relapsed, by chi-square test did not reach significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion1. under the guidance of TCM theories, selection of Suanzaoren Decoction for the treatment of insomnia with main symptom of generalized anxiety disorder, but was significantly reduced in patients with Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale score, insomnia and other symptoms improved significantly.2. Suanzaoren Decoction for generalized anxiety disorder in patients with insomnia symptoms improved significantly better than Deanxit, and for the chest chest pain and other symptoms with no significant difference, the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate showed no significant difference.
