Xu Hefen’s Academic Thoughts,Experiences Summary And Medication Regularity For Treating Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Prof.Xu Hefen is currently the chief physician and professor of the Chinese Integrative Medicine Hospital of Jiangsu Province.She is also the national doctor of traditional Chinese medicine,the first national famous doctor of Chinese medicine,the famous Chinese and Western medicine expert of Jiangsu Province,and the fifth group of national old Chinese medicine experts who have inherited the academic experience of the old teacher.Professor Xu has profound theoretical accomplishments and exquisite clinical experience in TCM internal medicine.She has unique insights and rich experience in the treatment of tumors.She has achieved outstanding results and is renowned both at home and abroad.In the long-term clinical practice,She has gradually accumulated experience in using traditional Chinese medicines to fight cancer,and formed our own unique academic ideas.Through outpatient and follow-up consultations during the postgraduate period.This study aims to summarize Professor Xu’s academic ideas and clinical experience in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer,and to statistically analyze Professor Xu’s prescriptions and summarize Professor Xu’s use of drugs in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer.The first part and the second part discuss the understanding and treatment of non-small cell lung cancer from the perspective of modern medicine and the motherland medicine.At present,western medicine treatment of NSCLC focuses on surgery,chemotherapy,radiotherapy,targeted therapy,immunotherapy,and optimal supportive care.The study of TCM on non-small cell lung cancer focuses on three aspects:syndrome differentiation and treatment based on the overall concept,special disease-specific prescriptions based on anti-cancer Chinese medicine,and experience-based summary of famous medical experts.The third part is a systematic summary of Professor Xu Hefen’s academic thought and clinical experience.Prof.Xu Hefen’s academic achievements are mainly concentrated on the three aspects of "rightist principle","cancer poison" theory and "nourishing yin" theory.In terms of clinical experience,the main aspects are:1)According to the disease mechanism to make yangyinbufeijiedu decoction;2)to support positive qi,nourishing yin and detoxify as a treatment,drug peace;3)combination of dialectical treatment and disease differentiation,Prescriptions are flexible;4)Chinese and Western medicines are used together to complement each other;5)emphasis is placed on the patient’s psychological counseling.The fourth part analyzes the prescription of Professor XU He-fen outpatient treatment of non-small cell lung cancer and finds that Professor Xu’s treatment of non-small-cell lung cancer is commonly used in three major categories of traditional Chinese medicines.The first type is yin-type drugs;the second type is spleen-invigorating drugs.The third category is detoxification drugs.In addition,there are many tonics and less diarrhoea,with a ratio of about 2:1.From the analysis of four gases and five flavors,there are far more cold medicines than warm medicines in prescriptions;most of them are sweet,bitter,and pungent drugs,indicating that Professor Xu is good at using the righteousness medicine and detoxification anti-cancer drugs in clinical practice.
