Clinical Study Of The Therapeutic Method Of Strengthening The Spleen And Nourishing The Kidney Of Cure On Medium Or Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

[Objective]To observe the therapeutic efficacy of "Bu-pi-yi-shen-xiao-ji decoction" in treating medium or advanced non-small cell lung cancer.[Methods]60 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were divided randomly into two groups. In the traditional Chinese Medicine group , 30 patients were treated with "Bu-pi-yi-shen-xiao-ji decoction " alone. In the combined group, 30 patients were treated with "Bu-pi-yi-shen-xiao-ji decoction" and chemo-therapy (NP or GP). The therapeutic efficency of the two groups were evaluated after one course of treatment. Observe part of the clinical check-up indexes periodically, for example, clinical symptoms, blood shapes, liver and kidney function, immune function and the changes of tumors, and use Karnofsky Score standards to evaluate the quality of life. SPSS11.5 statistical software package will be used. On the basis of difference of data type , numeration data adopts X2 analysis , measurement data adopts t analysis, ranked data adopts rank sum test.[Results]In traditional Chinese medicine class , pre-therapy and post-treatment, we compare the "cough ,bloody sputum , short breath, fever, debilitation, chest pain", these symptoms have obviously improve (P<0.05). Compare combination class with traditional Chinese medicine class, in cough, bloody sputum , short breath, fever, there is no difference (P>0.05); but in debilitation, traditional Chinese medicine class surpass the combination class (P<0.05); in chest pain, combination class has obviously ascendancy (P< 0.05). In Karnofsky score, the two classes have obviously improve (P<0.05) and between the two classes there have no difference (P>0.05). In body weight, the two classes can increase it, but the traditional Chinese medicine class has ascendancy (P<0.05) . Compared with pre-therapy , in traditional Chinese medicine class , lymphocyte conversion ratio and T-cell subgroup have obviously increase in post-treatment ( P< 0.05 ) , but in combination class, there has no marked change (P>0.05) . In tumor body variance, in traditional Chinese medicine class, the effective power is 10 % , stabilization ratio is 76.67%; in combination class , the effective power is 53.33%, stabilization ratio is 90%.There have significant deviation. In toxico-adverse reaction, the traditional Chinese medicine class nearly has toxico-adverse reaction, In combination class, the toxico-adverse reaction is mainly bone marrow depression and digestive canal reaction, considering as the result of chemotherapy; white blood corpuscle decrease is visible and the incidence rate is 43.33%, mainly centralize at I～II grade, occuping 36.67%; the incidence rate of nausea and disgorging is 46.47%, mainly centralize at I～II grade, occuping 43.33%.[Conclusion]Bu-pi-yi-shen-xiao-ji decoction can relief the clinical symptom of midst-advanced non-small-cell lung cancer, increase body weight , improve immunity, stabilize tumor style, improve existence quality and has no adverse reaction. In reliving debilitation and increasing body weight , this decoction can surpass conbined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine . But the method of using the Bu-pi-yi-shen-xiao-ji decoction and chemotherapy (NP or GP or TP) together has a better effect in curing the chest pain and stabilizing the tumor size .Adopting conbined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, aiming directly at different morbility link , and educing respective ascendancy can raise clinic effect.
