At present, headsets are widely used by college students for entertainment,to their lives to bring convenience, but unreasonable use of headsets will cause hearing loss, but also to the psychological and physical impact of people. Therefore,it is necessary to understand the effect of headphones on college students 'hearing loss,so as to provide scientific basis and countermeasures for protecting college students' hearing.Firstly,322 college students in a university in Beijing were surveyed in the field of epidemiology. On the one hand, pure sound audiometry was used to measure the hearing loss of each student. On the other hand, questionnaire was used to investigate the basic situation of the subject and the use of headphones. Then, using the risk evaluation method of hearing loss caused by noise exposure, the risk of hearing loss caused by headphone noise exposure in college students and its regularity are predicted. Finally, according to the relevant results, the author puts forward some measures to protect college students 'hearing and provide scientific evidence. The results showed that 33.97 % of college students had hearing loss. The hearing loss of the right ear was higher than that of the left ear,and all the frequencies of both ears except8000 Hz were higher than the standard hearing threshold. At 4000 Hz,the threshold of hearing appears as "listening valley";Undergraduates are higher than graduate students;Men are higher than women;Bad earphone habit.A multivariate Logistic regression analysis of the risk factors for hearing loss showed that it was a risk factor to use > 1 H,foreign brands,50 %-75 % of the maximum volume per day,to keep the volume up when compared to 25 %and the environment was noisy.Based on the characteristics of college students, the risk law of hearing loss caused by earphone noise exposure: the initial earphone age has no effect on the risk under the diagnostic threshold of occupational noise deafness. At > 78 dB,the exposure level and exposure time of the headphone noise have influence on the risk changes under the boundary a and the boundary C.The exposure time has little effect on the risk change of earphone noise exposure level limit B,which has an exponential increase.
