A cute coronary syndrome(ACS)is the most common cause of death.Every year, more than seven million people die from ACS.11.2%of all deaths.Early reperfusion and drug therapy are the cornerstones of ACS treatment.Early diagnosis and treatment are the most important predictors of long-term prognosis[1].Although the use of high-sensitivity troponin improves the diagnosis of ACS,other indicators need to be used to evaluate the accuracy of the diagnosis for early diagnosis and severity of ACS[2].Therefore,early new serum markers may play a key role in the initial assessment of ACS.ObjectiveThe platelet maximum aggregation rate(MAR)was correlated with serum uric acid(SUA)and cystatin C(Cys-c)levels.To explore its relevance to the clinical significance of ACS prediction,to provide better help for clinicians in the prevention and treatment of ACS.MethodSelected 200 patients from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shenyang Medical College between December 2015 and October 2017 as the experimental group[ACS group based on the characteristics of symptoms, electrocardiographic changes, troponin performance is further divided into unstable 71 patients with angina pectoris(UAP)and 65 patients with non ST-elevation myocardial infarction(NSTEMI)and ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction 64 patients in the STEMI group];200 patients who were selected for physical examination in our hospital during the same period were used as controls. Before the diagnosis of ACS,the test group complained of precordial discomfort or chest pain. All participants were selected on the admission or the morning of the next morning to take venous blood for detection of SUA,Cys-C and MAR.Compare the general data of patients in ACS group and control group with SUA,Cys-C,MAR;Compare SUA,Cys-C levels and MAR between patients in ACS subgroups. The correlation analysis between MAR and SUA,Cys-C in patients with ACS.ResultBaseline data were balanced between the ACS group and the control group.(1)SUA,Cys-C and MAR levels in ACS group were significantly higher than those in control group[SUA631.84±138.90 VS 460.16±74.29 P<0.05;Cys-C 2.36±0.91 VS 1.69±0.77 P<0.05;MAR(%)72.50± 11.39 VS 44.24±10.05 P<0.05].(2)There was no statistically significant difference in SUA,Cys-C and MAR between the ACS subgroups(P>0.05).(3)The correlation analysis between SUA and MAR in ACS group showed that there was a correlation(r=0.749,P<0.05),which was statistically significant. That is,as the SUA level increases, the MAR increases accordingly. The correlation analysis between Cys-C and MAR showed no statistical significance(r =-0.057,P>0.05).Conclusions1.The levels of SUA,photostatin C,and MAR in patients with ACS were significantly higher than those in patients without coronary heart disease, indicating that they have a promoting effect in the development of ACS.2.Changes in SUA,Cys-C levels and MAR concentrations in ACS were not associated with ACS types.3.SUA may participate in the platelet aggregation process, and platelet aggregation plays an extremely crucial role in the pathogenesis of ACS.By controlling the level of SUA and thus reducing the increase in platelet aggregation rate, the correlation analysis between SUA and MAR has important clinical significance for the comprehensive assessment of the risk of ACS.4.Although Cys-C is associated with the plaque stability of atherosclerosis, there is no significant correlation between Cys-C and MAR in this study.Due to the limitations of this test, whether there is a correlation between them is awaited.further research.
