Clinical Research On The Intervention Of Add And Subtract Du Huo Ji Sheng Tang For Rehabilitation After Total Knee Replacement

Objective To discuss the clinical intervention of Add and subtract du huo ji sheng tang on rehabilitation after knee replacement operations and provide reliable clinical evidence by combining traditional Chinese and western medicine for rehabilitation after TKA;Methods A total of 40 patients with TKA were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 20 in each group.The treatment group was treated with Add and subtract du huo ji sheng tang after TKA,while the control group was not.HSS knee scores for the two groups of patients after 2 weeks,3 and 6 months were recorded.Results The preoperative HSS score,HSS pain score and HSS function score of treatment group were(47.6±0.98)points,(12±2.70)points and(2.4±2.20)points,respectively;the preoperative HSS score,HSS pain score and HSS function score of control group were(48.2±1.09)points,(12±2.70)points and(3.2±1.80)points,respectively.The preoperative HSS scores of two groups were comparable,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The postoperative HSS scores of two groups were significantly increased compared with preoperative HSS scores.The HSS scores of treatment group two weeks,three months and six months after operation were(66.6±0.99)points,(79.2± 1.19)points and(88.6± 1.04)points,respectively;the HSS scores of control group two weeks,three months and six months after operation were(59.6± 1.12)points,(73.4±0.67)points and(74.0±0.75)points,respectively,with statistically significant difference(p<0.05).In the comparison of treatment group and control group after operation,the postoperative pain and function scores of treatment group were significantly better than those of control group.The HSS pain scores of treatment group two weeks,three months and six months after operation were(23±2.70)points,(24±2.20)points and(28± 1.87)points,respectively,and the function scores were(10.4±2.2)points,(19.4±1.3)points and(22±0.0)points,respectively;the HSS pain scores of control group two weeks,three months and six months after operation were(18±2.70)points,(22±2.70)points and(26±2.24)points,respectively,and the function scores were(8±0.0)points,(17±1.2)points and(21.2±1.1)points,respectively,with statistically significant difference(p<0.05).Conclusion Add and subtract du huo ji sheng tang can obviously facilitate rehabilitation after TKA operations,with a statistically significant difference in pain and recovery of limb function.It is worth further promotion and clinical applications.
