Bu Zhong Yi Qi Tang Add And Subtract Total Knee Arthroplasty Clinical Observation Of Qi-Deficiency Fever

To research the effects of Bu Zhong Yi Qi Tang after total knee arthroplasty clinical observation of Qi-Deficiency fever.MethodsFrom September 2013 to January 2015, choose patients who reach the standard of doing total knee arthroplasty from Anhui Medical University First Affiliated Hospital of the Second Division, select 50 cases that meet the inclusion criteria and no exclusion criteria. According to the operation sequence number, follow the randomly assigned table and then divide the 50 cases into a treatment group and a control group, 25 cases in each group. The two groups of patients are given anti-inflammatory and anticoagulant therapy, the treatment group received Bu Zhong Yi Qi Tang before surgery routinely. Once a day, morning and evening hours after meals; Control group to measure body temperature over 38 ℃ when given indomethacin half a butt plug. Before and after treatment, the effects are observed, analyzed. Hematuria stool electrocardiogram and other tests of liver and kidney function indicators, temperature changes are recorded for two groups of patients. There are obvious differences.ConclusionBu Zhong Yi Qi Tang treatment in older patients undergoing knee replacement surgery recovery and body temperature improvements deficiency symptoms are better than indomethacin suppositories.
