Health information service is a special service which serve information users and take health information as a service content.The purpose of service is through certain ways and means to provide information to information users who access, make use of health information.the aim is make users understand or manage their own or family's or friends'health, to meet themselves or other's information needs, to improve the health status of life, to achieve Health objectives, thereby maximizing the value of health information.With the gradual maturation and development of the Internet, the network has become an increasingly important health information service platform, the form and content of services are quite different from traditional ones. In the new network environment, how to adhering to the concept of health information services which take users as core, to form a service model centered by use need, provide satisfactory services to health information uses, being a important issue of constructing health information service website. In this respect, the research in china and abroad are in the ascendant, and has made some achievements.This topic takes improving information service quality of health Web site as aim, takes users satisfied issues of health information services as study issues, based on customer satisfaction degree in economic theory, refer to customer satisfaction degree classical model, take customer satisfaction needs-effect factor analysis-Analysis of key elements of satisfaction-satisfaction model proposed hypothesis-verify model assumptions-Empirical study as the main line of research, discuss health information network service user satisfaction evaluation system deeply. Satisfaction of health information services and methods of measurement theory has important theoretical and practical value for the promotion of health information services environment network optimization, continuous improvement in health information service quality, improving public health level and health literacy.Based on the investigation of a large number of relevant literature, this topic summarized results and sort out the relevant theories, methods, according to the characteristics of health information services, establish health information web site user satisfaction and Model Evaluation System. The main research contents of paper are as follows:Defined the concept of health information from the theoretical and deeply analyse four enterprise classic customer Satisfaction Index business (CSI) model, and the structure character of U.S. public department of customer satisfaction index model, derived the Inspiration of construct the model of health website satisfaction's degree.According to the formation mechanism of user satisfaction degree of health information services, propose satisfaction degree model, deeply discuss the selection of potential variables in the satisfaction degree model, structural relationship and the determination of corresponding measured variables to build three-level Satisfaction Index System of the satisfaction degree model.To verify the rationality and effectiveness of satisfaction model from the angle of the theoretical analysis, this study based on the research assumption of the theoretical analysis, achieve a pre-survey and analyse reliability and validity of questionnaire, preliminary validate user satisfaction model System of health website and make the necessary amendments to the index system.To make empirical study based on current user satisfaction of health Web site information services.Systematic introduction to the composition of structural equation model, the parametric representation, model identification, confirmatory factor analysis, meta modeling, model modification, various structural equation model analysis of the theories and methods.Through structural equation model, on the one hand, validate the proposed theoretical model, on the other hand, discuss the number of model relationships between variables. On this basis, further diversity of this analysis to determine the identity of each group of models, and the load factor method of weight given to explore the potential of different groups of users in each variable on the similarities and differences.The main conclusion that this study are:Constructs the health information service satisfaction model, established the model of the six potential variables:user expectations, perceptive value, perception quality, public satisfaction, user trust, user participation. Male users satisfaction more vulnerable to perceive the influence on the quality of the satisfaction of users, and women more vulnerable to perceive value influence. And the man is user participation by the degree of credibility more influence; (2) the age difference. Elderly users perception quality, perceptive value, satisfaction, the influence degree by expect greater, and youth user perception quality more affected by the perceptive value, then influence of satisfaction. And the old users with satisfaction levels are perceived quality than young users; (3) culture difference. Highly educated users of satisfaction, perception quality directly influence is bigger, but in low degree of users, perception of the satisfaction degree of the indirect effects of quality is larger, and low degree of users trust by more influence the degree of customer satisfaction. In addition, low academic user perception quality and satisfaction levels are higher than the highly educated users; (4) different income differences. Relative to low-income customers high-income users, its perceptive value more under the influence of perceived quality, and perception of satisfaction the influence degree of quality is lesser, perceptive value is bigger; the influence degree; (5) knowledge background difference. Have medical background users without medical background relative to the users, its satisfaction from user expectations by the influence of a medical background, and the expectations of the users level, perception quality, satisfied level, the degree of trust, willingness to participate levels are higher than no medical background of users.The satisfaction of customers or not for health information service quality is good or bad is most persuasive. This is healthy for user information website, in the tenet of service on ideology is a center with the user can provide the service process for this service to users. This paper focus on the user to health information service satisfaction issues on research, establishing a scientific and reasonable service quality evaluation system, which can solve the users' satisfaction for health problems, quantitative website to improve service quality to provide the scientific basis.
