Hospitals in our country generally have the problem of chaotic order,patients are noisy when they are waiting for treatment,doctors' work efficiency is not guaranteed,and patients still need to wait in line after taking medicine or checking.Based on the above background status,designed and implemented a hospital outpatient guide number system,which can allow patients to wait quietly according to their serial number after registration,which can effectively control the flow of people in the waiting area,and also reduce the medical staff.The pressure of triage and maintenance of order,thus alleviating the problem of chaos in the hospital,has important application value.The work done in this article is as follows:1.A brief overview of the research background,significance and current research status of the hospital outpatient guidance system,and then the queuing theory and development technology of the system.2.According to the actual situation of the outpatient and emergency treatment of the hospital and the requirements of the hospital,the composition of the system is proposed.The hospital outpatient guidance division system includes the outpatient triage queuing subsystem,the inspection and inspection queuing subsystem,and the pharmacy triage The three subsystems of the queuing subsystem give the functional requirements of each subsystem,fully consider the actual application requirements of the system,and give the non-functional requirements and business requirements of the system.3.Through on-site comprehensive analysis and actual verification of the hospital's outpatient and emergency department visits,medication and inspection procedures,and repeated communication with medical staff and information staff,taking into account the system and the hospital's existing information management system,PAC system,check the compatibility of the inspection system,design the overall architecture of the system.4.According to the overall architecture of the system,the hospital outpatient guidance and triage system was designed and implemented,and the system's functional and non-functional tests were completed.The test results showed that the design requirements were met and handed over to the user.The user's use experience is good.
