Professor LIQiyi's Medicine Method Of Treating Insomnia Basing On Data Mining And Curative Effect Evaluation Analysis

Objective:Throughing data mining and evaluation of therapeutic efficiency,we s ummed up professor LiQiyi's regular of treatment for insomnia to provide en n ew experience and ideas for clinical treatment of insomnia.Methods:From December 2015 to December 2016,the patients who have inso mnia in the outpatient department of the outpatient department of the auxiliary hospital of nanjing university of Chinese medicine,professor li sevena,collate an d screen the collected cases according to the medical records standard to obtai n a medical record of 128 patients.One is to use EXCLE to organize the data in the case of the disease,to do a frequency analysis of the general characteri stics,the causes,the symptoms,the tongue,the drug,and the sick machine,and the n use the SPSS 20 to analyze the correlation between the patient and the sym ptoms and the correlation of the disease machine to the drug.The second is to observe the clinical treatment of 40 patients with insomnia through TCM sym ptom integration and Pittsburgh scale,and analyze the efficacy evaluation by usi ng SPSS 20.Results:First,Data mining display:The use of high frequency drugs used by Professor Li in medicine,63 kinds of medicine,48 kinds of pungent drugs,salty 16 kinds of medicine,10 kinds of acerbity sour drugs,7 kinds of medicine,mild medicine 5.The use of drug meridian in the liver by the most,followed by kidney heart and lung.Analysis of pathogenesis of heart and liver heat syndrome,40 cases of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome in 32 cases,31 cases of deficiency of blo od and Qi,phlegm in 6 cases,3 cases of heart weak syndrome,liver heat syndrome 3 cases,liver stagnation and spleen deficiency 2 cases.From the analysis of relev ance of the pathogenesis and symptoms that heart and anxiety,irritability,heat of irritability,dry mouth and throat and constipation are closely related;phlegm a nd blood stasis with difficulty falling asleep,waking up early;the lack of blood and dreaminess,lassitude are closely related;phlegm heat disturbance heart and ir ritability,abdominal distension full correlation;heart stagnation and depression,dry mouth and throat are closely related;Yin deficiency and constipation,anxiety;li ver stomach disharmony and sleep difficulties,abdominal distention,eatless not w arm,loose stools are closely related;Qi and yang deficiency and easy to wake u p,wake up at night to sleep,depression,abdominal distention,constipation closely related;heart kidney disharmony is closely related with the frequency.From the analysis of relationship between pathogenesis and drug showed heart and focal stagnated heat of Gardenia and tree peony bark,vinegar bupleurum,Cyperus with close relationship.Phlegm and blood stasis with Lapis epimedium and Morinda officinalis,Rhizoma cur culiginis,vinegar,bupleurum,Cyperus,acacia,nard,rose close to M.Yin and cooked yellow,figwort,ophiopogon root,Rhizoma Coptidis,radix,red ochre,abalone,mother of Pearl close.Second,the evaluation of curative effect:The total effective rate of Professor Li Qiyi on treating insomnia was 90%.The statistical results have significance thro ugh the comparative analysis of the scores of the TCM syndrome scores and t he PSQI integral scales before and after the treatment.Conclusion:First,Data mining results show that Professor li qiawas the treatment of insomnia caused by the stagnation of heart and liver.The main method is to relax the liver and relax the mind.It is also use for clearing heat,tranquilizing,tranquilizing,tranquilizing,invigorating qi,nourishing blood,nourishing Yin,purging pathogenic fire,eliminating phlegm,and removing blood stasis.The usual drug is the vinegar
