Purpose:This topic is aimed at exploring whether there is a close relationship between patients of hyperlipemia and the metabolism of intestinal flora of different syndromes of hyperlipidemia, and further discusses whether the spleen deficiency and the Pi Xu Shi Sheng syndromes of hyperlipidemia are most closely associated with those of intestinal flora disorders,so as to find a new way for clinically regulating blood lipid,so as to ultimately reduce the occurrence and mortality of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Methods:To collect on September 20,2016 to October 31,2017 in hyperlipidemia diagnosis,TCM syndrome differentiation of Yin Xu Re Sheng syndrome,Pi Xu Shi Sheng(spleen deficient)and Qi Zhi Xue Yu syndrome of suzhou city hospital of traditional Chinese medicine 60 cases of hospitalized patients with heart medicine and endocrinology, each type of group of 20 cases.A healthy control group of 20 patients.Collect the patient's general condition, past medical history, diet and exercise,TCM syndrome performance data, collect blood samples for detecting blood total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),triglyceride(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),fecal samples at the same time, through high-throughput sequencing method for quantitative detection of intestinal flora, the results using the method of variance analysis for the species diversity of intestinal flora, the door is a level of analysis the difference of the different advantage bacterium group, evaluate the situation of the intestinal flora.Rank sum test and chi square test were used to analyze the correlation between each index and TCM syndrome types.Results:1.Patients with hyperlipidemia were compared with healthy people:there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).There were significant differences in clinical symptom scores(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the biological diversity of intestinal flora(P>0.05);The relative abundance of bacteroides,Firmicutes,Fusobacteria,Bacteroides_eggerthii,uncultured_Ruminococcus,Clostridia,Prevotella_timonensis and bifidobacterium in intestinal microorganism was reduced(P<0.05).2.Comparison between three different syndromes of hyperlipidemia:there was a statistical difference between the clinical phenotypes(P<0.05);The level of total cholesterol in Pi Xu Shi Sheng(spleen deficient)group of patients was higher than that in Yin Xu Re Sheng and Qi Zhi Xue Yu group(P<0.05),There was no significant difference in total cholesterol level between Yin Xu Re Sheng and Qi Zhi Xue Yu group of patients(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in triglyceride level between the three different syndrome groups(P>0.05).There was a significant difference in the relative abundance of bacteroides,Firmicutes,Bacteroides_eggerthii,uncultured_Ruminococcus,Clostridia,Prevotella_timonensis and bifidobacterium in intestinal microorganisms(P<0.05).Among them, the relative abundance of uncultured_Ruminococcus,Clostridia,Prevotella_timonensis and bifidobacterium in patients with spleen deficiency was significantly lower than that of the other two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:1,hyperlipidemia patients and healthy intestinal disorders:hyperlipidemia patients and healthy gut microbes species is roughly same, but the proportion of different advantage bacterium group, patients with hyperlipidemia bacteroides,Firmicutes,Fusobacteria,Bacteroides_eggerthii,uncultured_Ruminococcus,Clostridia,Prevotella_timonensis,are relatively healthy subjects to reduce the number of bifidobacterium;2,hyperlipidemia patients with different TCM syndrome types of advantage bacterium group in the intestinal flora species is roughly same, but the number of differences, including Pi Xu Shi Sheng(spleen deficient)filled Firmicutes,Bacteroides_eggerthii,uncultured_Ruminococcus,Clostridia,Prevotella_timonensis and bifidobacterium and the decrease of the number of bifidobacterium is more apparent, prompt more obvious flora disorder exists.
