Clinical Application Of Rotary Moxibustion Combined With Acupoint Massage In Patients With Scapulohumeral Periarthritis

Objective:The main purpose of this study is the routine treatment and nursing,observation of moxibustion combined with acupoint massage maneuver on scapulohumeral periarthritis patients,compared with conventional treatment,cyclotron moxibustion,acupoint massage and moxibustion combined with acupoint massage on scapulohumeral periarthritis maneuver in patients with pain and functional activities,local symptoms,in order to make a scientific evaluation test the clinical application and the treatment method of reference,alleviate the majority of patients with periarthritis of shoulder pain,promote their health.Methods:A convenient sampling method was adopted to select 120 patients with frozen shoulder according to the inclusion criteria in the hospital from March 2016 to March 2017.According to the order of admission of patients,(Group 1),test group 1(cyclone moxibustion group),test group 2(acupoint massage group),test group 3(roundabout moxibustion combined with acupoint massage group),each group was treated with random number table method,the control group(conventional treatment group)The patients were treated with McGill pain relief scale and Constant-Murley shoulder function evaluation criteria before intervention.After intervention,the patients were evaluated according to the standard of diagnosis and treatment of TCM syndrome.All the data in this study were analyzed and processed by SPSS 19.0 statistical software.The difference of p<0.05 was statistically significant,and the conclusion was based on the data.Result:1.There were no significant differences in the scores of the general data questionnaire,McGill pain scale and Constant-Murley shoulder function standard before and after the trial(P>0.05).The baseline data of each group were comparable.2.The scores of the McGill pain scale and the scores of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the scores of Constant-Murley shoulder function scores were statistically significant(P<0.05)3.After the intervention,the difference between the experimental group 1 and the experimental group 1 was significant in the McGill pain scale and Constant-Murley shoulder function test group.The experimental group 1 and the experimental group 2 were in the McGill pain scale,Constant-There was no significant difference between the experimental group I and the experimental group 2 in the McGill pain scale and Constant-Murley shoulder function evaluation(P>0.05).4.After the study,the effective rate of the control group was 36.67%,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 73.33%,the total effective rate of the experimental group 2 was 73.33%,the total effecti-ve rate of the test group 3 was 96.67%.Conclusion:1.In the treatment of frozen shoulder disease,conventional treatment and care,a single round of moxibustion treatment,a single point of massage treatment,combined with acupressure moxibustion massage have achieved significant results.2.Single round of moxibustion and a single acupuncture massage,compared the two treatment effect was no significant difference.3.The effect of rotary moxibustion combined with acupoint massage is better than routine treatment and nursing as well as other test groups.The total effective rate is the best and the effect is the best.
