Clinical Observation On Auricular Acupressure Treatment Of Functional Constipation Of Liver Qi Stagnation

Object:TO observe the effectiveness of auricular acupressure method for treating functional constipation of liver Qi stagnation through clinical randomized controlled trials,and to evaluate the clinical advantages and safety.To provide a basis for seeking safe and easy,low economic,simple and effective Chinese Medicine therapy.Methods:Clinical studies: Under randomized,controlled research method,62 patients whose situation matches the inclusion criteria of functional constipation that divided into two groups at random(the auricular group and medicine group)on average.The medicine group were given Mosapride which was commonly used in gastroenterology for oral administration of gastrointestinal motility,5mg/ time,3 times a day,before meals,6 days for one course of treatment,1 day interval,2 courses in a row? While the auricular group were given on auricular acupressure of Large intestine,Small intestine,Rectum,Liver,Spleen,Lung?Before the treatment and 2 weeks later,evaluate the score of Constipation Symptom,SAS?SDS,PAC-QOL and Serum CCK content to determine the efficacy?All the data were analyzed statistically by using SPSS 21.0 software Package,and the significant level was the alpha =0.05.Results:1.There was no significant difference between the two groups in gender,age,course of disease,content of Serum CCK,state of Anxiety and depression(P>0.05).2.The two groups after treatment were significantly different with their own group before the treatment in score of constipation Symptom,S AS?SDS and Serum CCK content(P<0.05).3.After 2 weeks of treatment,the two groups in the score of constipation Symptom,SAS ? SDS and Serum CCK content were statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The auricular treatment group after treatment were significantly diffe rent with its own group before the treatment in score of PAC-QOL(P<0.05),The medicine group was not statistically significant before and after treatment in score of PAC-QOL(P>0.05).5.The auricular treatment group effective rate was 93.5%,the medici ne group effective rate was 77.4%,There were significant differences i n efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The auricular treatment group and the medicine group both had good effect on constipation symptom and mood disorder.2.The auricular group were better than the medicine group in terms of the main symptoms of constipation,anxiety and depression.3.The auricular group can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with constipation,while the control group has poor efficacy.
