Auricular Points Therapy Intervention For Children With Functional Constipation (Qi Stagnation Type) Clinical Study

Objective: To observe the effect of auricular plaster therapy on the treatment of children with functional constipation effect,and the influence of children's body;explore the auricular points treatment of children with functional constipation clinical value,initially formed a set of convenient operation and reliable curative effect,small and easy to be children and parents to accept the auricular points treatment of constipation in children plan.At the same time,to verify the clinical diagnostic value of auricular point inspection.Methods: The children were divided into 2 groups according to random,parallel and control methods,the observation group and the control group,each group had 30 cases.Control group: treated with Simotang oral liquid(children under the age of 4 in a 10 ml 3times a day;children over the age of 4,20 ml once,3 times a day)oral treatment of constipation.The treatment group in the control group on the basis of the development of People's Republic of China,according to the "national standard" on the name and location of ear acupoint localization and selection rules.Ear acupoints are as follows: the anus,energizer,colon,lung,liver,spleen and other 6 points were cowherb seeds of ear pressure beans.Every 6 days for a course of treatment.After the end of treatment,the curative effect was compared with the control group.Results: 1 the treatment group and the control group were effective in the treatment of functional constipation in children,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).2.TCM symptoms,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,the total effective rate of the control group was 86.67%,after the test of P<0.05,was statistically significant,the total effect of the treatment group was more significant than that of the control group.3.Analysis of individual symptoms found with auricular point compression,for the remission of symptoms in children with abdominal distension,dry stool,reduce the number of hiccups,have very good effect.4.Through the observation of 60 cases of auricular(colon and anus)found positive reaction,including 59 cases of at least one positive,accounting for 98% of the total,further validation of the clinical diagnostic value of auricular point inspection.5.In the actual operation,auricular plaster therapy no clinical adverse reaction,and the operation is convenient,the effect is significant,further proof of this treatment method in the treatment of pediatric diseases advantage.Conclusion: Auricular plaster therapy has good clinical efficacy for the treatment of functional constipation in children,the overall effective rate and cure rate and improve symptoms were better than the pure oral Simotang oral liquid.Ear pressure beans and relatively cheap,convenient operation,easy to be children and parents to accept,it is worthy of clinical application.At the same time through auricular positive reaction were observed,further validation of the clinical value of auricular point inspection.
